I signed up with this irrigation company this summer for installation. First time they came they damaged the yard. Second time they came they damaged my sumppump drain ,3 gutter drains and the previously installed lines from multiple places in the back yard. They sent someone to fix it but drains are still not working cause they passed over the drains with trench machine multiple times from multiple places. I called the owner Jon on a Friday to talk about it. Of course no return calls. Monday morning he calls and texts me spitting out f and d words to me. Threatens to come to my house and beat me up. My piece of advice to public who is looking for an irrigation system and DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. there is noone to supervise the employees and they will damage your yard and what ever drainage system you have. Horrible experience. Now I have to pay someone else to get these things fixed.

This sprinkler system was installed prior to my new lawn. Overall the system has been accurate, however there were some sprinkler heads that needed to be adjusted once my new lawn was established. I contacted Jon the owner about the situation & he had one of his employees come to my house to fix the issues. This was of no cost to me. I am a satisfied customer & would recommend this company.

very happy with this service. john the owner was very professional and on time. after he walked me through where the sprinklers would run and how many stations there would be, we sat inside and talked about the cost and what kind of equipment he was going to install all in all I was very happy and then we came down to the cost! john explained everything in detail then gave me the price minus $500 for using home advisor. he was already $1500 cheaper than my last two estimates then another $500 off just for using home advisor. so needless to say i hired him right that day. he told me they would be back in two weeks and damnit they were back just like he said. so yes so far i'm very happy with the price and the work. thank you john and precision lawn.
