About us

Neiderquill Contracting, Inc. is a family owned business in Saginaw. Mark and Louanne have three children working with them in the business. Jeremy Neiderquill and Jennifer Neiderquill are working with the corporation full time. Ryan Neiderquill works with the business on a part time basis. Being a small corporation run by a family, we are able to focus on a common value system. We believe that our clients are important to our continued success and their satisfaction is our top priority. Our ability to communicate to our clients and work with them through their building projects is the catalyst to that success. We also, believe that maintaining a clean work site and timely completion of a project is core to respecting the clients and their property.

It was a very good experience. Both my wife and I were treated very well by the Neiderquills and their sub contractors. Work was completed on time and very professionally done. When they left our sight, they left our home as clean as it was prior to their work. We were able to order our own material, fixtures, etc from our favorite big box store so we could receive a twelve month, interest free plan. The Contractor only required us to order from them when they could get a better price. As we begin planning our next project (a deck and patio) the call will go out to Neiderquill Construction.
Description of Work: We have completed two projects with Niederquill Construction. In both projects, the staff of Neiderquill Construction brainstormed ideas with my wife and me as we planned the projects; one a major addition (master suite) and one closing in a porch to make it a livable sun room. The timeline between initial planning and us ultimately giving the "go ahead" was at least a year. During that time the Neiderquills spent hours with us discussing the pro and cons of what we were thinking of doing. At NO time did they make us feel ignorant with our thinking. The price quoted for our projects was right on aftr the initial quote and completion of the projects; no hidden increases. Six months after completion we were still able to ask questions and promptly get answers to questions we had.
