He gave us an explanation of what needed to be done and researched and obtained parts that we did not have for the job. We were extremely satisfied with his work and the timeliness of his appointments. He was there when he said he would be, finished the job and even cleaned up! Would definitely recommend him!!

He said he would check the schedule and call me back within 15 minutes - he did just that. The plumber arrived within the time period he said he would arrive. The price was fair and I also used the Angie's List coupon. I will use them again in the future for any plumbing issues in my home that may arise. I highly recommend this company.

However, when I asked if I needed to have the hole cut in my ceiling for them to work or if they cut the hole, their response was that if I didn't do it, they would do it with a hammer. Then, they scribbled an estimate on the back of their business card. I decided not to hire them.
Description of Work: I needed some plumbing done in my bathrooms. I asked the company to come for a free estimate.

Adam also offers recommendations on things to change in the future as I stated that I would be looking to make changes to things next year after being in the home and finding what I really would like.

+ -1 moreEverything went perfectly. Adam and his partner are awesome! So professional. Honest. Fair pricing. Go above and beyond to help with things. Adam calls back almost immediately when left a message. If he says they will be there at 9 am.. you can set your watch by it and he will be there on the dot. The main thing is that when he is done with the job, there are no worries that things might not have been done correctly. You can be confident that you have chosen the right company to do work in your home.
Description of Work: We have used Klenow and Sons twice so far. The first time was at my mom's house. Adam is punctual! I loved that. He evaluates what is needed and gives an honest estimate of what needs to be done. His prices are very fair. The second time we used the company was for my sister's condo at Bay Valley. Adam and his co-worker cleared a drain, installed a new garbage disposal with necessary plumbing additions, installed a new water heater, and secured the valves for a new washer. The Home Depot people would not hook up the washer because they said there was a slow leak. Well. Adam simply had to tighten something.. It was something the Home depot person could have done, but didn't. That being said, they had 3 trips to that place.

He had the toilet remounted, sealed and working properly in less than 30 minutes. He went downstairs below the leak in the basement, removed the ceiling tiles and doubled checked the pipes and seal. There have no further problems. If needed, will use him again.
Description of Work: Re-seat and remount a toilet that had come loose and was leaking all over the floor at one of our properties.
