Description of Work: After the project was finished, every door needed to be realigned. The closet shelves pulled loose from the walls. The plumbing leaked. The siding has gaps and some of the framing needed to be reinforced. That's just the major items.

+ -1 moreThey extended 2 parts of the house and our garage. I'd really like to warn everyone about them. We spent about $140,000. Firstly is that his quality is sloppy and the builder Jeff is extremely difficult to deal with in that he is dishonest.
Description of Work: I used Jeff Nickyn Builders in June 2012 to make an addition to our home.
