+ -1 moreVery helpful people at the service counter. However, they charged me $40 for what I know to be a $15 part. I needed it to fix my AC unit in this 90 degree heat, so I had to do what I had to do. Nevertheless, I will never call them for an estimate and will do business elsewhere in the future.
Description of Work: Needed a part to fix my AC.

+ -1 moreThe technician messed around for 30 minutes. Told us the furnace was installed wrong, it was probably our duct work, maybe we should look at that ourselves, asked us what we thought was wrong etc, walked all over my new carpet with wet boots. He reset the furnace, it ran for 12 hours and then we had no heat again. The company wanted to send him out again for 45.00 per half hour. We went with a different company who had no problem replacing the control board which was the cause of the problem. The company has not returned our phone call about this , so I can not recommend GW to anyone.
Description of Work: Furnace was blowing cold air out.

+ -1 moreGWH regularly does business at this location and I've had to use them before so I told her to call them. They seemed to be very honest.
Description of Work: My tenant/friend who is renting my condo had an issue with the furnace. They came right over, took care of the problem and informed her of other potential issues to be aware of but didn't need immediate attention.

Description of Work: This company is our preferred vendor for a 30,000 s/f multi tenant commercial office building. They do all of the HVAC maintenance and preventive maintenance for 8 furnaces and 7 rooftop units. They are responsive to emergency service calls. They are reasonably priced. They are a Lenox dealer, which is helpful if you need to get those kind of parts. I would recommend them without reservation.

+ -1 moreThe installers came on time. removed old furnace and put in new furnace and AC unit. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Also I believe they were very reasonable compared to other providers that I have seen on Angie's List
Description of Work: We called several Heating & AC to get quotes on a new furnace and to add central AC to our home. G.W. was the only one to reply. They measured the square footage of the house. determined what units would serve us best--they installed a Concord Furnace and Air Conditioner. Works great have already saved 30% on gas and electric in the 7 months since it has been installed.
