+ -1 moreTold them machine was showing code that door switch was bad. 1st appointment they showed up without part and verified it needed a switch. Service tech informed me they aren't allowed to schedule follow up appointments less than five business days out. Due to bad replacement part a master control board was tried a week later but not needed. Finally another week later installed good door switch but failed to remove charge for control board from my charge card. The entire process took over a month from my initial call.
Description of Work: Needed door switch replaced on Samsung front loading washing machine.

+ -1 moreGreat! Turns out we didn't have a problem after all. Price quoted was price charged. I did have to wait a week, but it was well worth it. What I didn't know, is that they warranty their work for 90 days. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Dishwasher was leaking (we thought). Our brand is only serviced by 3 companies out of Saginaw. I immedately went to Angie's List. I tried Krygier's first and the reviews were very good so I didn't look for any others.

+ -1 moreEverything went well. Though I would have liked it to take less time, it all worked out great.
Description of Work: Technician came my home to diagnose a too cold freezer. After defrosting it, we left for 24 hours. After the problem resurfaced, the technician order the parts and had them shipped to my home. Once the parts arrived, they were installed. However, once wasn't perfect. The technician ordered a replacement and came back out the following week to install it.

+ -1 moreI smelled a burning smell coming from my dryer and figured this can not be good. I called Krygier to come out and take a look and they identified it right not he spot. They said my motor had seized and they would have to order me a new one. When the part came in they called me and came out right away to replace it. They were courteous and very knowledgable, I would highly recommend.

+ -1 moreThe service man was very responsive, competent and professional once GE finally delivered the parts for this 7 year old dishwasher. Based upon the very slow response by GE we will not be purchasing GE appliances in the future but we will use Ernie Krygier SVC if needed in the future.

+ 0 moreThe repair went extremely well. The serviceman was polite and professional. The response time in getting the part and finishing the repair was fantastic. We have used them in the past for repairs on our Samsung microwave and refrigerator. Plan to use them for all repairs, warranty or not.

+ -1 moreWas prompt, great personality and did the work in short order, replaced defective part, left old part and made sure dryer was working perfectly before he left. We have used them 3 times in the last year and would highly recommend their service. They have worked on our dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Could not fix the washing machine, but showed my wife how to use the washing machine to bypass the defective part and saved us from the expense of replacing the washing machine.

Description of Work: This was not the first time we've called Krygiers when we've had a problem. They repaired our refridgerator, did warranty work on our dishwasher, and came out recently for service our washing machine. It turned out that the required part is no longer in production and they were honest about it. They are very good at servicing the customer quickly, they came the day after I called, are polite and call to confirm and update you on their time of arrival, which I appreciate. I would recommend them highly.

+ -1 moreMade internet requests for service. Sears site had a quick appointment $75 service charge, for which I in a panic state fell. Krygier later called with questions and responses that would have saved me time and money. I'll go back to them for any future needs.
Description of Work: We sent an e-mail describing a problem with my range, Krygiers did not contact until the following day. By that time Sears, who had been contacted in the same manner, arranged a home call, which turned out to be a waste of time money. Krygiers continued to follow up, providing excellent information and asking pertinent questions without ant expensive service charges. As the problem now stands, Sears came and did nothing in the way of repair, however, they still charged. Had I waited for Krygier, I most certainly would have gotten better treatment and will remember this experience when the appliance eventually does (as I've been assured it will) require repair or replacement.
