Description of Work: Called to get a new faucet put in outside. Came to look at what had to be done. Said he would be back early because I had to leave for work at noon. He never called or came back. I do not recommend.

+ -1 moreHe was suppose to call in the morning before arrival, never called. Finally I had to call him to see what was going on. Said he forgot today was Wed. Finally showed up WITHOUT wearing a mask, looks at faucet, gives me estimate that I agree to then asks me to shut off water. After doing so he then tells me this is going to take a cpl of hrs and that he will have to come back later because he just got over a LUNG INFECTION?!? And says 'but don't worry, its not COVID because I didn't have a fever' ***??? NEVER AGAIN!!!

+ -1 moreI was not home, but Mr. Dusek called me with the results. Have had him as our plumber for years and have always been able to trust him to come in and do whatever without us being home. He is a pro at hot water furnaces and has tended to ours for years. Replaced our old one about three years ago with a more efficient one.
Description of Work: Unplugged a bathtub drain and checked the sump pump. (Had water in the basement)

+ -1 moreHe is the best plumber I have ever used. He does excellent work. I have used him for seventeen years. He is one of those guys that when you need him he comes and his prices are really fair. He is the only plumber I will use.

+ -1 moreDon't waste your time.... he may have a 'select' clientelle which he services...
Description of Work: Poor response... don't think any work was performed... water still leaked in sink and toilets even though someone did come out and spend some time standing around yakking. Absolutely no follow-up. I think the owner went to Florida and forgot to come back....

+ 0 moreHe has installed faucets, installed hot water heater. He is a knowledgable, honest, and hardworking guy. He does go on vacation during the winter for about a month or so, out of the area. He is very responsive and punctual.
