 + -1 moreWhen I tried to contact the company owner for an estimate of repairs to a garage door/opener, I had called his cell phone # (which he answered " Rich at Diamond") he was extremely rude on the phone, asking why I called his cell and not the office. This company had previously installed a new garage door and opener for us and had made a previous service call for repairs. He was not very professional, and instructed me to call his office to set up a time for an estimate. Not sure what was going on with him that day, but you cannot be rude to potential customers. Especially when he answered his cell " Rich at Diamond Remodeling". Called another company do do the repairs.
Description of Work: No services performed.
