Service was scheduled and he arrived on time. My first floor ceiling had what appeared to be a slow (not constant) water leak coming from a rarely used second floor bathroom. After careful examination and discussion we decided that the most likely source of the leak was the toilet and decided to replace the wax ring. He lifted the fixture and replace the ring. His work was quick and clean. I asked him if he would consider replacing the wax ring on a second toilet in the master bath, which he did.. The wax ring on this toilet has been replaced three or four times in the past twenty years. He suggested and added a few "wedges" to lift up the fixture a bit so that the seal will hold. He finished both toilets in under two hours. I'll keep a watchful eye on the ceiling, to make sure that the wax ring solved the leak problem. Now I need to have the ceiling drywall repaired. Once the ceiling is opened up, I can verify then that the water leak problem has been solved. I will call Craig for my future problem needs.

He was great and punctual and the job was done and finished in two days. We will use his services again in the future.

Contractor replaced a couple of worn out seals and replaced shower head. This contractor explained everything in detail. I am very happy with the service and cost.

There was an active leak in the toilet so it was necessary to do the work soon. Boertman came within 3 hours of calling them for service. Boertman was very prompt and identified the problem quickly. They completed the work quickly and with good quality.

Craig Boertman was very professional and friendly. He got right to work and finished the job quickly. He left my bathroom area clean and made sure I had the manufacturer warranty information from the faucet.

Mr. Boertman was very professional. He came to my home, I explained the issues I was having with the drains in my bathroom running very slow and asked him if he thought I needed the old drains replaced. He agreed that the lines were more than likely clogged and gave me an estimate to replace them. He returned a day or tow later with supplies and within a few hours I had new drain lines. Very fast and efficient service.

I called made an appointment the same day, he was there at the time we talked of and repaired the in my rental in a timely manner and very nice to deal with. I paid him cash and both on our way under an hour.

We called Boertman Plumbing and were very happy that they were able to set up a time later that same day to come do the job. The younger of the two Boertmans (Craig), showed up right on time and had no problems with the job at all. He gave us a work time of a hour to a hour and a half, and finished in just a few mins past a hour. 80.00 service call and 10.00 in parts. It's always great to have a good plumber on hand. Excellent! After attempting to get the original plumber in for more than a week, I looked into Angie's List for the very first time. I gave Craig Boertman a call. I left a message and he returned my call in less than an hour. I described the problems over the phone. He gave me an estimate over the phone, drove straight to my house, had the work done in about an hour and charged me a few bucks less than the estimate. The whole thing took a few hours. He knew what he was doing and was good to his word.
