Description of Work: Frank's did an excellent job of laying our RV carpet. The price was exceptionally reasonable, and he has over 20 years experience. He takes the time to do things right, is very conscientious and did the job in the expected amount of time. Since it is an RV (5th wheel trailer) the job was a bit more complicated than a normal home, with steps and risers, ledges and cubby holes. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service.
