Description of Work: They shingled the roof...but contractors who worked after them found rotting wood under all the soffets and it had to be replaced and there was a pitched entrance way peaked roof that also had rotting wood that is currently being replaced (they just shingled over it!)...then, when they were supposed to come back to do some additional work they never showed up....they had been paid for the work they had already done...but we couldn't get them to answer their phone. My husband repeatedly called them and got no response, and then swore to never EVER call them again....Our real-estate agent who had sold us the home that they had been re-roofing profoundly apologised to us for recommending them . and at about the same time they abondoned our project, they were providing her with hap-hazard work and unprofessional behavior....Tom, the owner seemed like a real nice guy....but his work ethics are terrible!
