I called the company in a panic at 9 pm at night after they closed for emergency roof repair. Received a callback first thing in the morning & Chris assured me they would have the roof repaired within hrs. The team had our roof repaired by 2 pm on gave us a full assessment and information about shingles. Great job! Phenomenal price! Gave us peace of mind.

Beginning with the estimate, Tom and Chris were professional, personable, and extremely detailed as they reviewed the estimate with us and the work that was proposed. They took as much time as needed to answer any questions. This was important to us relative to other companies who simply provided an estimate with little additional interaction. They both were quickly responsive to returning any telephone calls. The actual work was completed in one day. The workers arrived early. All trash was removed, and everything was as it was when they arrived. They did an excellent job and I would immediately recommend them to neighbors, friends, and family.

it went well. he came out within a few days, left a quote, and then came back to do the job on the date promised. its been a year and no problems with the repair.

The price should be fixed. There should be no changes.

I originally only wanted my gutters replaced. When he did the inspection he saw the plywood was a real problem and needed to be replaced. So I had a new roof and new plywood boards installed as well. I thought it went well, only problem we had was with the weather, it was raining a lot then, otherwise everything went well. They were prompt and worked quickly.

Communication was good with the owner/contractor. Everyone arrived as expected and got right to work. After they finished everything was cleaned up thoroughly. The work is insured for 10 years and it looks like they did a better job then I expected for the price.

Tom came highly recommended from someone at work and I thought Tom was great to work with. He was always prompt and thorough. ITom worked around our vacation plans in scheduling the job. The house had drainage issues and Tom worked with me to reroute downspouts, install a diverter and make other changes that have made a big difference. He also was helpful in recommending a mason to recap the chimney and other masonry work. I had 2 other companies quote the job and the Tresnak quote was comparable to on and significantly less tha another. I was very pleased with the attention to detail and willingness to address any issues that I had. I would highly recommend Tresnak Construction.

Tom was punctual, very thorough in his explanation of the work to be done and the materials to be used. The work was performed in two phases, weather permitting. Tom kept us informed of the timeline and had good suggestions for color choices. His price quote was in the middle of the three we obtained but he provided the most comprehensive information. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with.

Called and left message for some work to be done. Never returned my call.

The mason did a great job rebuilding the chimney and extensive tuckpointing. The water leak into the fireplace has stopped.

My tenant reported leaks in a couple spots. Tom went out and confirmed the roof was in good shape, but suggested a few places water could be getting in. They sealed around all vents and any nail pops. Hoping my property manager can send more work your way. Thanks again.

I called him the next day to find out why he didn't show on Thurs. He never called me back. If he had a legitimate reason for not showing OR didn't really want to come and give the the estimate, the courteous thing to do is to call and say that you can't make it or call and set up another time. I am tired of workmen who don't show up or call. I have talked to other workers who say they don't bother to call if they can't make an appointment. Lazy or rude, I don't know.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out fine. They did not charge anything extra. It was a really quick job so I didn't have a whole lot of dealings with them.

It went well. Dynamic weather seemed to cooperate. After the roofers left, I found one area along a ridge line that as crooked and a vent that was damaged. Tresnak Construction returned and corrected so that the ridge line looks perfect. In the rear part of the house above a small porch area, gutter had to be removed. Replacing the 10 foot section was part of the plan, but replacing the adjoining gutter along another part of the house was not the plan. Tresknak construction went the extra-mile and replaced the gutter along that section so that both areas of the house would match.

I had noticed a damaged shingle on a very accessible point on the roof. I called a very highly rated construction company on Angie's list for an estimate for shingle replacement (I had the shingles to replace the one I found and any other damaged shingles) as well as a gutter cleaning. The estimate for the roof job was 425.00 just to replace four identified shingles that were bad, plus 225.00 for the gutter cleaning. The person giving the estimate stated that the 425 estimate was the minimum charge for any roofing job. Fair enough, but I decided to get another estimate. I called Tresnak construction. He stated his minimum charge for what I described was 180.00. Hmmm! I asked him to do the work. I had previously checked the answer board on Angies List and determined the rate he quoted was within range. The gentleman showed up, and was on the roof getting to work. When I went out to meet him, he was done. He stated my only problem was the one shingle...there were no other problems...and he had checked the entire roof. He said he would not charge me for such a simple task. So, I now have a dependable company I can trust for roof issues. And the gentleman who provided the service was amazing. Thanks Tresnak Construction. Oh, and it was refreshing to have an experienced gentleman who had an old fashioned work ethic.

They did a roof job for me, did an excellent job and plus they did together worked for me which they did a very good job. I recommend them because they were very good, on time and did a job in one day. They cleaned up the roofing. The price is right. I would use them again in the future.

Was prompt. Asked several questions. Looked over situation and felt nothing needed to be done at this time. Wow!

I've been happy with the results. The roof is excellent quality overall. There was a strange area where the shingles on the edge of the roof appeared to be oddly curved around the edge, but the owner came out to re-inspect it and found no issues aside from the very minor cosmetic aspect. I was not present as the work was being performed so I do not have firsthand knowledge of the professionalism of the employees, but the work they did is a testament to their skill and expertise. Because the company is in Royal Oak and I am in Ann Arbor, it could be a hassle to get someone down for estimates and later inspections, but that's purely because of the distance involved and not the fault of the company or its owner. Overall I was quite pleased with their work and the manner in which our business with this company was conducted. This project was long enough ago that I am now unsure of the exact pricing and date of the work, so I have provided my best guesses. I think it was spring of 2011 but it may have been late in 2010.

I called about a continuously wet corner of our brick home. I think it was the owner of the company who came out, thoroughly investigated the problem, explained all relevant matters and sent a crew out the next day to replace the gutters. Excellent job, answered all my questions, charged a fair price. The gutters look beautiful. They came promptly, cleaned up their mess. I highly recommend this company.

This provider provided same day service and cost about $100 less than other companies I called for an hour of work. The repairman showed up 2 hours after the "window" they provided, but I have no qualms with that. When all the ice is melting at the same time, roof repairman scramble to get all the work done and satisfy everyone. I've learned to wait all day long whenever I need anything done on my house! The repairman was professional and did a good job.

Re-roof took two days. Great job at a very good price
