I had a water leak problem that no one else was able to correctly diagnose. Tom not only figured out the problem, but he was able to fix it all in the same visit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with his work and would highly recommend his company.

They came out to check out my roof. They didn't do any work. They were fine. I needed someone to get up on my roof because I have a 3 story home.

He showed up a little early, determined the problem right away and fixed it for us on the spot. Guaranteed the work in writing, as well!

I thought this type of professionalism was long gone. Tresnak Construction was fabulous - punctual, professional and hard-working with strong communication skills. I highly recommend them to get the job done right and for a fair price. An appointment was scheduled to give us an estimate. Tom Tresnak arrived on time, was very professional, answered any questions we had and we received our estimate via mail within two days. The estimate was very detailed and we knew exactly what we were getting for the price. Tom's crew arrived on the scheduled day and at the scheduled time and went right to work. They were all very hard working, professional and did a great job. Tom stopped by on several occasions to oversee the work and make sure we were happy with the progress. The only problems we had, and they were incredibly minor, were that a corner seam in a gutter was leaking and our front storm door wasn't opening and closing as it should. In both instances Tom had his people out here asap and the problems were fixed. Per Tom's recommendation he came back out a week later after the job was completed to install the trim around our garage door giving us time to give it a new coat of paint. I'm sure other guys wouldn't have made this suggestion or made a special trip out so we could have the job done perfectly. Tom, thank you to you and your crew for a FABULOUS job. It is truly appreciated!

Tresnak's crew started on time, worked the entire time and cleaned up very well. We couldn't tell that we were having our roof replaced. Their quote was in the middle of the pack but they were honest about shingle quality as we found out that there were certain shingles being recalled during our online investigation.

I purchased the coupon during the late fall months and didn't cash in on it until March the following year. Tom had no problem with honoring it and still did top quality work.

Tom came out for the estimate on time when scheduled. After his examination, he went to his truck, wrote the estimate, and I met him outside to discuss it. He answered several questions that I had and offered possible solutions. I let him know I had other estimates and would get back with him. Absolutely no pressure whatsoever, no rush, just the facts and answers. This is my kind of estimate. About a week later I was ready to make a choice and Tresnak was it, I called Tom and negotiated the price a bit. A day or two later he dropped by a couple color samples for me to choose from. Within a few days of that I let him know my choice and within a week of that he called to schedule, but I was leaving town and requested the following week, which Tom was able to accomodate. By the way, I didn't chose Tresnak based soley on price, although I was able to negotiate a very good one. A big part of the decision was that Tom listened to my concerns, offered possible solutions, gave the facts, freely gave of his time, but offered no emotional pleas (like 75% of the estimates I receive), no pressure, no "calling the boss" for better pricing, he is the boss. This is someone I like to do business with. The supplies were delivered the day before installation was scheduled. Installation took place, from start to finish, the scheduled day. Everything was cleaned up. Tom returned once again to check the job over, give it his final okay, and deliver the invoice. It wasn't necessary for me to take ANY time off work, (I work days). Tom was accomodating and easy to work with. The job was just completed yesterday, but so far, overall, an easy, excellent experience. I've already recommended him to some co-workers and spread his name amongst my neighbors. Thanks Tom!.

It went well. He recommended a new roof but it is not in our budget this year. The repairs will certainly help.

Tom came out when he said he would for the estimate in October and said he couldn't do the job until sometime after Christmas which I was okay with (no depsoit required). Sure enough I got a call right around that time asking if he could start that next week. I said yes and he was there on a day I picked out. His crew was clean and professional and most of all on time. They were in at 8 am and by the time I got home from work at 3pm they were gone, all cleaned up, gutters and roof were done. If my roof wasn't so obviously brand new you would have never known anyone was there. I forgot to tell Tom about the coupon on Angie's list and he adjusted my invoice to reflect that discount and dropped it off the next day. I can't say anything negative about my experience, actually if more people conducted business in this manner our economy would be a lot stronger. In the end you get what you pay for and I gladly wrote this check with a smile. I highly recommend Tresnak and would use him again. Thanks Tom.

after initial estimate on Oct.3 & my acceptance to replace roof on house and garage w/ the caveat that it was to be done before we left for vacation the end of November...it took a few weeks to get a time commitment from Tom. He changed date twice because of a "big job" they were doing. Finally committed to Nov. 18th the day before we left. they showed up on time, covering windows where needed, but forgot to cover the glass yard light w/ attached lit address sign and the sign was broken in half. I pointed it out to crew when they were cleaning up and then left a voice message for Tom on his cell. Tom came out Saturday morning to view damage, before we left for airport. he gave me $100.00 to repair damage>>>unfortunately the company who installed light 3 years ago is no longer in area and I can not get an estimate until spring for damages and repair. I left a message for Tom stating the same, but have never heard back. AT THIS TIME I AM REAL UNHAPPY WITH TRESNAK...BECAUSE OF HIS CREWS CARELESSNESS I AM INCONVENIENCED FOR THE NEXT THREE MONTHS OR SO. Also, I had advised Tom upon his Oct. visit that a permit was required by my city...he showed up without it and I advised him a building inspector could drive by and stop work if one wasn't posted. He then left to go to city hall to get required item. UNTIL MY YARD LIGHT IS REPAIRED...I SAY NO TO TRESNAK :-(

I didn't have to spend a dime. His services were great and the price that he gave me for 5 years from now was great. I would absolutely use them again.

The experience was wonderful and he took care of the problem and I haven't had any issues since. It really worked out. I had issues with the leak for 15yrs and I kept getting people working on this and working on that. I shouldn't give them all the credit apparently it was a multitude of problems but he is the one who actually found the problem and then I got another guy for a mason of my chimney. He showed up when he needed to be here and he was here.

First roof completed is performing fine on my home address.

I didn't get many quotes. Tresnak's quote seemed fair, intuitively, and based on a past purchase where I had gotten quotes. I was 100% pleased with the workmanship. I can't believe how good the details look. Understandably, they have a several week wait, due to order backlogs. They didn't require a deposit, which is nice, and they gladly added on my Angie's List discount after the fact. They don't have an office or fancy trucks or high commission sales people. They are very lean, but I still think they will be around to service their warranty; though, I don't think any will be needed.

I was not there during the installation, so I left notes about specific details i wanted done. That seems to work out best. Tom's business address appears to be his home address, so he's planning on sticking around.

I called Tom because he had done a roof replacement for me about 18+ years ago and whenever I have had any questions regarding my roof since that time Tom has come back and checked out things for me and gave me his technical opinion. Which has saved me monies. I had a few estimates on replaced of my gutters that seem way too high and they wanted to replace my roof also. Tom showed up on time (others did not ). His estimate was reasonable and the workmen were great! I will need my roof replaced in the next few years as I have lots of trees surrounding my house so that the wear on my roof is much more than most people and I will definitely call Tom.

They are very punctual. They came out and gave a very accurate quote. They were really good. I liked their professionalism. They are very technical. The guy who owns the company is the guy who came out and did the quote. He had only a few labors that work for him. It seemed like a very professional business. We just ended up not choosing them as we had some other company whose salesperson is just on the road. I would use their service for a quote in the future too.

I was able to do some other work such as rebuild a chimney and some carpentry work to the roof. He was kind of in the middle with the price. They gave me a pretty complete proposal.

. I liked him too except that he costs too much. His quote was for $6800. He was on time. He made a follow up call. They were providing more services than other roofing companies. He had a long list. They were fine. I have no complaints. He also told me about having a permit. He explained all the proposals. I would get a quote from him in the future.

Tom was on time and thorough. He took care of the leak and did not try to sell me into a whole roofing job. Very professional, will not hesitate to get a quote from him when it is time to re-roof my house.

I had Tresnack Roofing come to my house to give me an estimate on my roof. Mr. Tresnak was very professional and took the time to explain some options that I could consider. He gave me some helpful tips on fixing the problem myself. Very helpful!

I left a message and was called back promptly. Made an appointment for that week I called and he was here on time. He checked the roof and said that we probably wouldn't need a new roof for 5yrs. I was surprised as was not told that before. He said would still do an estimate if we wanted and he proceeded to do so. He also checked upstairs first to look in the storage area if there was an air space between the roof and finished ceiling. ( We have a story and 1/2 house.) Wrote out a estimate for house and garage with what extras would be done. He said if we decided to wait with the roof he recommended to get new flashing on soil pipes, and chimney at this time. We were very pleased overall with everything. Probably will use them to do the roof later on.

I found Tresnak on Angie's list and ordered up a quote because of the positive reviews. I met with the owner Tom Tresnak, and had a very good gut feeling about his business immediately. He is very personable, and professional, and was very thorough about assessing my job. I had just bought a home with a poorly done addition, and there were some issues existing regarding the improper design of it. After the initial visit, Tom came out two additional times to meet with me regarding different ways to approach the problems with this existing roof design, and to take additional measurements, etc. This was all before I had even chosen his bid. He was very patient in explaining the various options and seems to have a lot of knowledge of roofing. Price was right in line with my other estimates, and I think that I got more for my money than with the other bids. For instance, he was the only one to notice that my bathroom fan was not properly hooked up to a roof vent. The roof, windows, and skylight all look great, and the whole process was outstanding. A+
