Description of Work: The guys were great, service was great and the time between calling having having them show up was fast. I only marked them with a B because I thought the price was high for the service (basement drain snake, short run) but I needed someone before it became an emergency.

 + -1 moreI waited until after the 2 hour arrival window. Was told tech was running behind a few minutes. He actually arrived an hour late. Was told by the tech that the Manager approved a reduced rate of $75 house call and $40 for 30 min of work. Reminded tech that I was only to be charged $75 for service fee with the Home Warranty Company. He quickly admitted that was his mistake. I sensed that he was trying to make it seem that I was getting a break on the cost. The work was fine just not prompt.
