I wanted my kitchen cabinets painted and I'm happy with how they came out. The owners made sure the quality was up to their standards

We had a difficult drywall project. It turned out okay though there are waves in the ceiling where 2 pieces of drywall meet.

They completely transformed the kitchen! We had dark brown cabinets and they repainted them white. They used a very sofisticate process but the outcome is AMAZING! Thank you Paul!

I found Roy and Paul through HomeAdvisor. I hired them to paint some outdoor furniture. Their price was reasonable, they showed up on time, were very polite and concerned about quality and a clean work site. They did a very good job, and communicated well during the process. I forgot the young lady painter's name, but she recently moved back to Michigan from Oregon. She was very pleasant and conscientious. I would definitely recommend their services.

They were very professional and quick, they gave me a super detail quote where i could choose what to upgrade or what to fix. They re did our whole basement because we had a water leak and the drywall had mold. They replace the walls, put new trim and painted my basement, that looks like a brand new. We are so happy with the job and how it looks now.

It was a pleasure to do business with professionals. I rarely hire contractors due to the horror stories I have heard or witnessed over the years. As I get older, I find doing these jobs get harder and harder. The job was completed ahead of the planned time of completion. Crew took very good care of taping and sealing off areas to greatly limit dust and particulate from going everywhere. Thoroughly cleaned up the area upon completion. I asked the crew for information as to the best products to use for a quality paint finish for which the crew gave me great responses. My only trip up would be that I did not ask the right question when it came to the final priming. What I thought I was getting as a completed job and what I got were slightly different. I should have reviewed the work that was to be completed a little more thoroughly being detail specific. I am still very pleased with the work that was accomplished and would highly recommend Roy & Paul Painting for your project.

They did two exterior painting jobs for me, one on the front of the house and one on a very large deck off the back of the house. Their work was excellent and found the price to be very fair.

1.He installed wrong way corner bed and madded then, so when i check after it was to late, joint compound was dry 2. He put 1 coat too wide on seem and on screw hole so you need spend more time to send it. 3. when for another guy need just two coat of jont compound , he need three coats, that addional time for drying and sanding. so after 3 days working, when he " finished" part of job and i sow it i fired him, i was so upset with him, but before he said he has 30 years exp.

The workers were very personable and the work was okay. There were some issues though. I hired them to prep my kitchen walls and back stairwell for primer and paint. 1.) On the kitchen ceiling, I noticed ripples in one area. The company sent a worker out to fix the problem and it's better but not gone. 2.) I told the workers not to reinstall the kitchen light fixture because we were going to install a new one (even had the new one on the counter ready to go). Walked in to find the old fixture installed and installed when the paint was tacky to top it off. I called the company because the fixture made a circle imprint on the ceiling and the insulation from the lamp stuck to the freshly painted ceiling. They sent a worker out to fix that issue. 3.) We have a partially finished basement and the company was also hired to paint the back stairwell leading to the basement. Unfortunately where the stairway wall they painted met the ceiling of the basement, they got brush strokes of paint all over the finished white ceiling in that area. So now we have to have the finished basement ceiling repainted!

They kept their appointment to price the job (unlike others), explained clearly how they intended to do it, then did it in a timely fashion. They weren't the low bidder, but I don't regret choosing them based on my confidence that they would do high quality work.

My experience with Roy & Paul painting & decorating was amazing!! The project was fixing holes cut in the ceiling that plumbers had cut to access pipes. Not really an easy job. Sean came over to give me the estimate. He arrived promptly when he said he would be there. I scheduled the job. I was emailed license and insurance documents without asking for them. Dan arrived on the day and time the job was scheduled for. It was a 3 day job, since it required mudding, which had to dry. He returned the following day to put a second coat on. The office kept me informed of his arrival time. The 3rd day, Dan came to sand and paint. Besides arriving when he was supposed to be there. The job he did was amazing. He covered everything to avoid any mess. He was totally polite and professional. The best part is you can't tell there was a hole (actually 2 holes) in the ceiling. I was also contacted by Home Advisor asking how the job was going. I would recommend Roy & Paul without hesitation. It was a real pleasure dealing with a company that cares. Thank you.

They were prompt, they were neat, they cleaned up, and we paid lower than the quote they gave because they misjudged the amount of wall space to be painted. GREAT job on the water damage to the plaster and lathe repair too. I'll definitely use them again.

Excellent work repairing water damage in my living room and office. Even though it was a small area, they blended really well with the rest. . Justin and Dave were. On time, courteous. Will definitely hire them again.
