BEWARE Signed contract on 6/12/2017 to build a garage still nothing done as of 10/27/2017 , lots of excuses, lots of lies, the only time he was ever at my property is when he was measuring for the quote. Took my deposit. Beware goes by Ronald J. Francis, RJ Francis, Ronald G. Francis.
