John was very thorough from start to finish. He is very organized and his communication is excellent. He called me back within 24 hours of my first call and we communicated via email for much of the remainder. He did everything he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it. Very professional! I knew what the cost was going to be upfront with the possibility of additional charges if additional work was involved. When all was said and done, I paid exactly what was quoted and didn't have any additional charges. We originally scheduled for John to come out on Saturday of Easter weekend. His assistant ended up being sick that day and John contacted me early that morning to let me know. Those things happen so I totally understand. John ended up coming out the very next day which happened to be Easter Sunday and performed the work, without me even asking for that. Way over and above expectations. The set would have taken me and my husband and one other person all weekend to put together. John and his assistant put it together in about 10 hours. The cost was definitely worth the time and frustration it saved us. After the work was complete I had a few questions for John and he called me back and instructed me what to do. He has offered follow up services if needed and also offered to help with the purchase of any accessories and mulch for the play area if needed. I would HIGHLY recommend John's services and would be happy to discuss my experience with anyone considering using his Company.
