They do great job each and every year. We probably open much earlier than most people and Paradise is always ready to go when we are in early April. This gives us plenty of time to get issues handled before they get swamped with other pool openings. Their prices and definitely fair and very competitive. This year we talked to Roy about the algae issues we have been having several times each year after the more frequent heavy rains. The rain coupled with debris leaves us with a green pool and it takes days, lots of chemicals and often times service calls to get the issue resolved. Roy recommended we go with a UV light. I am not sure how it works, but boy was he right. Our pool uses very little chlorine now and the water is always perfect. Algae is not an issue anymore and it certainly would have been with the heavy rains we have had again this year. We will pay for the cost of the UV light in just over a year based on the decrease in chemicals we need to use now. Paradise also replaced our sand filter with a cartridge filter. We have not had it long but it appears to keep the water cleaner than the sand filter did. Can't speak to maintenance of this filter as we have not yet done any. Roy and the crews are always only a phone call away and they have fixed pool tiles on short notice and really take care of anything we might ask of them. They give great advise and have never tried to talk us into something and don't lie about the seriousness of an issue if we ask about it. We know we need a total pool rehab in another year or two and we will definitely be seeking out Paradise for their advise before we move forward and will use them to get the job done right.

Everything we agreed, contracted for AND PAID for was done BUT a subcontractor was utilized for the actual resurfacing, which was never discussed, and someone named "Junior" put the WRONG SURFACE on my pool. The work was of good quality, I hope and believe, but the fact remains, I have the wrong pool surface, not the one which was supposed to be placed. The owner of Paradise was a true gentleman, Roy, and worked with me to come to an agreement about what had happened. Still, I would have some reservations about the failure to supervise and monitor the subcontractors used by Paradise.

Returned and replaced my poorly running pump and made adjustments to the whole system. Best company I have ever found for my pool and I would recomend them to everyone!!!

Great annual service of opening and closing our pool. Very professional and helpful whenever we had issues and needed work outside of the normal open/close. Bought new pump and filter system over the years always very fair in price and quick to do the work. Would recommend and use again if we had a pool again (moved after this last service close).
