The crew arrived on time and went straight to work. They had wonderful attitudes and were professional. I was very comfortable with the way that they treated my belongings and extremely impressed with the way they moved my very heavy items with ease and expertise. The crew made fast work of my move out. I moved into an apartment building on the 3rd floor with no elevator. They didn't complain they. They didn't slow down. They didn't damage anything. They didn't disturb my new neighbors. They were very organized with the way they moved my belongings into my new place which made it very easy for me to unpack. What could have been a stressful event was a pleasant experience thanks to OSullivans. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a simple, in-house move to clear the furniture for floor refinishing and put it back when the work was completed. O'Sullivan was pricier than I expected, but movers Ryan and Ray were very professional and careful.

We hired O'Sullivan to move a few rooms of furniture to the garage to prepare for upcoming floor refinishing. I appreciated that the O'Sullivan scheduling team accommodated my request to change the schedule when the floor crew got delayed. Movers Ryan and Ray were very helpful, courteous and careful with our things. Overall we had a very good experience with O'Sullivan.

Profane language. Claimed they knew nothing about the workroom and I felt I had to validate the information about the workroom and chairs. Their was a lot of general complaining. They worked fast. They refused to bring up workbench drawers. When they dropped off the load at destination they stacked the boxes and everything very neatly and gave us access to most items. The final blow? With the high end bid $2;083 we were presented with a bill for $2,623. Extremely disappointed. We tipped then $500.00 in spite of some lack of professional behavior and the work did get done.
