They checked it remotely and decided they needed to come out and check everything. They could not fix it at my home so they hooked up my laptop to my printer and took my desktop to their office to fix. They are very trustworthy and charge an extremely reasonable rate. There are many people working there and they are all highly talented. If they cannot fix my computer then nobody can.
Description of Work: I had a situation with my desktop computer.

OMA Comp first tried to repair the damage caused remotely, but when they couldn't they came out to my house. They are very thorough. Absolutely knowledgeable about computers and superbly trained. While they were working on my computer this time, they were very careful and made sure that the book I'm working on was protected. They do not surprise. They are really great. They always inform you of the problem and the work that they are performing. They also tell you what to watch out for; they are both help prevent problems and deal with problems on your computer.

His prices are very reasonable. He can pick up the computer, repairs it and delivers it back to you. I have referred him to so many people and every just loves him. They are extremely knowledgeable and thorough in their indevers. After the computer is delivered, they call and check in to see how everything is working.
