 + -1 more"Ryan" came door to door in my parents' neighborhood, soliciting estimates for roofing work, suggesting that the insurance would cover it all. Once AAA decided they would not cover the full roof replacement, he wouldn't even provide a quote to do the job!! Total attempt at an insurance scam! Watch out for these guys, especially if you have elderly family like mine are!

Description of Work: I am in the process of using Mills. They inspected my roof free of charge due to hail storm last July (2014). They told me I had hail damage so they helped me through the process to file a claim with my insurance which was confirmed to have hail damage. They have been great to work with so far and have already replaced my neighbors roof. I will be replacing my roof within the next two weeks. I have not rated the quality yet until they have completed the replacement

 + -1 moreOverall process was good. Set good and realistic expectations on everything from cost, timing, and how long the project would take. My only complaint was they left more cleanup for me than I would have expected. I have a side yard that is not useful, however they left a lot of shingles there. This is the only reason I marked down the professionalism. Otherwise, I can say the company owner was with me the whole way.
Description of Work: Roof tear off and re-shingle.

 + -1 moreMill's was excellent. They were friendly and skilled and always kept in touch with me during the job. They conducted themselves politely while they worked and had the job finished in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Mill's did a complete tear off and re-shingle job on the roof of my 2200 square foot home.
