I had the best experience with my realtor Craig Pollard. His attention to detail was inspectable! He answered all of my calls and text messages within seconds. Any questions that I had he answered efficiently and timely. I had an issue with getting a HOA approval via FHA, he did his homework and was able to point out discrepancies in the condo approval survey, he was able to have all issues rectified and got me approved! Jim Schafer and one of his associates worked as both the buying and selling agent for the property. Jim Schafer both personally and with his team was unable to manage both the buying and selling standpoint from the transaction, ignored key dates (like the closing date and date of transfer) and further ignored addressing an issue when the seller improperly took property from the home discovered after the transaction. Ultimately after much "back and forth" the old property owner cooperated and was perplexed by Jim and his team - unable to handle such a minor controversy. If you plan to work with Jim--be sure to hire an attorney to work with him where he feels forced to apply some level of respect and common sense to simple items.

From the beginning of the process when the sellers' agent came to my house to discuss the entire process to the end of the process at closing on the sale of my house I was very impressed with the service at JSA. I was always in the loop of communication via e-mail/text/phone call depending on what was most convenient for me at the time. I picked a listing price and a date to "go live" and within 3 days of having my house on the market had multiple attractive offers. I ended up selling my house for more than Iisted/expected it to sell for which was great and everything was very smooth and stress-free. We were very impressed by Jim's office's work. I would highly recommend Kara Edwards as a buying agent. We also had a great experience with Amy Greenwood, our closing coordinator. Both were very responsive and helpful in a process we knew nothing about. Kara got us into the house we wanted to see the same day I called her. And we made an offer on it that night! There is a $495 fee a buyer must pay on top of the commission they receive on the price of the house, which seemed a little excessive. But I think most agencies have this type of fee. And I would much rather have a professional dealing with all the legality and processes of buying a house than just myself. I would definitely recommend their office and will use them in the future.
