For the past several years our lawn would get thinner and thinner. After attempting to remedy the problem with lawn services, self fertilizing, etc. we decide to bite the bullet and just rip up the old lawn and put down new. We had selected several landscapers to come and give an estimate but Manu was so thorough and specific with what was going to be done we didn't even get more estimates. He frequently called to keep us up to date on the project as the installation date was pushed back by the weather several times (landscaping being a very weather dependent profession). When the job was completed he walked me through the yard giving specific instructions so that the new lawn would grow in correctly. Now after a month we have the best looking lawn on the block.

Great experience. Manu actually came out prior to the start of his season to cut my lawn as it seemed to grow extremely fast at the beginning of the year.

I called the company left a message on there voice mail and did not got a return call. The company did end up reaching out to me and were very apologetic for taking so long and missing the call.

Manu the owner came to our home within 24 hours of my call to get an estimate. He was great at both returning phone calls and texting me information I requested. Every person working with him was polite, answered all my questions (even the ones I asked more than once!), and respectful towards both my husband, myself, and our kids. The paver work and sod look wonderful; the neighbors from up and down the street all walked by and complemented the work, and one even asked for Manu's number so they could call them for similar services (believe me, before Grow Earth came, no one wanted their yard to look like ours!). Manu and crew even stayed late after the job was done and put extra sod in spots of our backyard that were bare. The entire crew went above and beyond, and I plan on calling them again for future services. Highly recommended.

I have finally found the people I will turn to whenever I need landscaping. Manu and Dan and two other young guys arrived, all dressed in jeans and matching work jackets. They were prompt, super courteous, and professional in every way. Except for the fact that Manu and Dan were directing the job, everyone had a shovel in hand and worked together. Even though I am hard to reach by phone, they were always prompt in returning my calls. I hired them to simply put three trees into the ground, but they ended up advising me on placement and giving me extra tips about caring for the trees. Great guys. Couldn't be more pleased. I will be hiring them to do one more job before the fall ends.

They came over with a small team and had everything done quickly and it went very smoothly from start to finish. I was very happy with the job they did and how they paid attention to detail. The follow up was also excellant and they make sure everything is done coorectly. The lawn looks great. I would highly reccomend using Grow Earth.

The work was very good. I met the owner and he really keeps good contact. He is planning to follow up with me because of the heat. There was a minimum of brown turf spots along the edges and he is going to work with me on those. He offered that to me and I didn't have to press him. He will take a look when he comes to do the first cut, which is important. He will work with me to assess those dead areas and replace them if necessary. I am really pleased with the service and the service after the sale. He is still willing to do follow up to make sure everything is taken care of and that I am happy with the job after he took the check. It is more service than I typically get from contractors.

We have been very happy with the work performed and their honesty (they called the second week they were suppose to mow to let us know that someone had mowed the yard the prior day and they didn't need to mow that week).

Manu arrived to give an estimate about 10 minutes after my initial call and was on time for subsequent scheduled appointments.He listened to the problem and then explained in detail what needed to be done. All questions were answered throughly. Manu's expertise and ability to communicate his vision is remarkable.

Because our back yard is heavily shaded by a mature Norway maple, the lawn has had many bare spots. During the previous two years we had paid other landscaping companies to bring in topsoil, till up the remaining grass and sow grass seed. The results were very spotty. This spring we decided to contact three companies for estimates for laying sod in the yard. Manu came to our home, listened carefully to the description of the problem, and offered the possibility of using a sod that was grown specifically for shady areas. He proposed to give us an estimate for using the specialty sod, as well as an estimate for seeding the yard. He cautioned that the cost of the sod would be considerably higher than the cost of seeding. His manner was both courteous and responsive to our need. We received a timely estimate by email - the first of several email communications after we decided to have Manu's company work on our grass problem. (Two other companies had given us estimates, but did not suggest the special shade sod, so we decided to proceed with Manu's company.) Manu kept us informed about his work schedule, which had been been delayed because of the heavy spring rains. The day of the sod installation, he arrived with two co-workers after a long drive to the sod farm to get the special sod. The work was completed efficiently and carefully with a thorough clean-up of the area upon completion. We were given specific instructions for a watering schedule before Manu and his crew left. In addition, he sent us a follow-up email within a couple of days, asking about the appearance of the work. We very much appreciate his professionalism and thoroughness. We are faithfully following his watering instructions and our yard has never looked better! We have already shared Manu's contact information with a friend who has admired our yard. If we have other landscaping needs in the future, we will be sure to use Manu's company.

From the initial phone call through the installation of my new backyard lawn it went very well. We hit a few small hiccups due to the non stop rain, but in the end everything was great. I am very satisfied.

Repeating the above, The job whent fine once the abnormal amount of rain stopped in our area The workers were professional. The owner was the finest business man that I have dealt with.

The services that they came to discuss and their communication has been impeccable. The owner of the business is phenomenal. He has been good in working with a team. He is a phenomenal young man. I would recommend him to anybody. His expertise that he thinks needs to be done is impeccable. That definitely has to be noted. I would use them in the future.

I had been searching for a new lawn care provider last summer. I found Grow Earth thru Angie's List, and have been very happy with their services and their professionalism. From phone calls to scheduled appointments to regular service, their conduct and demeanor was always responsive, courteous and respectful. From the start to the finish Grow Earth paid very close attention to the detail of our requirements. The entire team was very professional, conducting themselves in a utmost professional manner. The guys were polite, and the entire team seemed eager to please. Our landscape started with Manu approaching and presenting his vision to my husband and I. Manu was present throughout the process. Our project started off with the demolition of our entire front yard. The entire landscape was removed - the plants that needed to be replanted were carefully dug out. The existing retaining walls were dismantled. Top soil was brought in and landscape beds were established. New landscape was installed. A beautiful rustic walkway was also installed. We were so happy with the service and work we hired them to maintain our property and my daughters property in Royal Oak. Now they provide complete lawn care and landscape maintenance to our properties. We wish Manu and his crew the best and we highly recommend using their services
