Response from Grow Earth Sod Farm & Landscaping
Dear Client, We installed sod on May 25th, you were out of town. You asked us to water the sod for you, which we did, at no cost to you. Since you were out of town and we had committed our services to you in watering the newly installed sod when some of the sod pieces needed to be replaced, we replaced them for you at no cost. Work was completed on May 27th. On June 1st, we came by to touch up the work, again at no cost to you. June 1st was the date of your party. We came in the morning to provide the touch ups to the work in an effort to make sure everything was looking great for your party with the misunderstanding that your party was in the evening. We apologize if your guests were appalled at seeing us work on the yard for 15 minutes as our intention was only to get the yard looking great for them. You paid us for all services rendered on June 8th. It took us nearly two weeks to get a payment. In between May 27th - June 8th, we made several attempts of reaching out to you to settle the cost. Unfortunately, not having heard back from you, I had no choice but to personally show up at your place on June 8th, in order to get paid. We are committed to providing great service and building long term customer relations. Our intention, and our goal is to make sure that you are happy with services rendered. Thanks, Manu Sood Owner
