Frank was prompt, professional and delivered on-time, on budget! Frank arrived each morning to do the project as promise. He left the area clean each day and at the end of the project. We will be working with him again and definitely recommend him!

I had Frank complete a few different jobs (building steps off a door wall, installing column wraps, and a header board for my porch). Frank was on time, and in contact during the whole process. Frank's prices are good and he gets the job done. He talks to you about how you want the job to be performed and ensures you get what you want. Will likely use Frank for future jobs.

Frank was punctual, honest, and professional. He repaired a large bathroom hole due to h20 damage and replaced/installed a new exhaust fan. Not easy since he had to crawl up into the attic in 90 degree heat. His work was exceptional. Price was reasonable. We will definitely contact him for future work.

Had Frank come out for a 2nd time to do some additional projects on my "to do" list, since I was pleased with his initial services. He did 3 separate projects over 2 days - all will great results.

Mr. Thomas arrived within the time promised, evaluated the problems presented ( three doors with different repair problems) and gave what I felt was a fair and reasonable estimate. Frank was able to get to my project quickly and did a great job. The ice maker project became more than originally quoted, but he talked me through the issue before starting and got agreement from me to proceed. He worked quickly and cleaned the area up afterwards.

Recently I moved into a Condo requiring numerous updates. I found Mr. Frank Thomas on Angie’s List and I couldn’t have found a better resource. For starters I had purchased all new appliances; dishwasher, electric range, refrigerator (with ice and water dispenser in the door) all installed by Mr. Frank. He also installed a new cast iron sink and faucet in the kitchen. Once the kitchen updates were complete I had a list of projects from hanging several large mirrors, curtain rods, bathtub fixtures, shelving, and recently a wall swing light in the bedroom. If your project is large or small the quality of work is superior!! Mr. Frank is a professional whom I highly recommend for all your to do list. NEC

Frank seems nice but should be more definitive in his description about service areas

Sent an email on a Friday night after seeing his ad in the Angie's List June book. It's now the following Wednesday - and haven't heard a peep. If you're busy - I get it. Just send a quick reply that says "I'm really busy, but, I'll be back to you in 2 weeks". If you're not interested - I get it. Just send a quick reply and says "I have all the work I can handle right now - I can't get to this anytime soon, but, thank you for contacting me". If you don't get email - don't advertise an email address!

Responsive, on time, professional, and did an expert drywall repair!
