He does good job. But changes quote in the middle of the project.

I called labor day weekend but Frank was busy so he advised he would call in a couple of weeks to set up for his next Saturday. He didn't call. So a month later I called him. We set up for this last weekend 10-5-19 but he called me that morning to advise his morning appointment cancelled so he needed me to take the morning appointment. I couldn't because we were at the dentist when he called. I told him so and he said he was putting someone with a longer appointment into my spot and I should just go find another handyman. So after a month of going back and forth with him I have to go find another handyman. I guess $250 worth of work wasn't worth it to him.

Frank did an excellent professional job. I am very happy with the quality of his work and that I can easily open and close all four doors.

Frank was the only person to reply to my handyman request. I hired Frank to help me complete a city inspection for my rental house. The scope of work required 2 days of work. Frank showed up each day on time, he was courteous, hard working, cleaned up when he was done. Worked really hard and completed most jobs on the same day. I was so impressed with him, that I hired him again and I’ll will keep doing so.

I hired frank to fix drywall in a rental property I own in Troy. He looked at the project and quoted me at 1340.00. I told him that I'm not looking for a flawless job but wanted it to look nice. He came and completed the job prior to my painters. I live far away from the property and was not able to inspect the job at completion. 2 weeks later the painters came to paint the area and contacted me. My painter informed me that it was the worst drywall job they had ever seen. The taping was all bubbled and the mudding was uneven in virtually all areas. The painter stated that i needed to contact Frank and see if would fix this. From my painter " the problem with what he did is nothing is floated far enough. A standard drywall seam should be a 12 inch float". "He honestly needs to give you a refund. If's he's unwilling to do so I would leave a review about your experience. He did a terrible job" "I honestly can't imagine he charged you 1340.00 for that" I texted Frank pictures I received from the painter. Frank called me and I didn't want to be confrontational but informed him that the job was not up to expectations and I wanted him to call my painter. Frank said to me that this wasn't supposed to a A+ job, which I would agree. The problem is that the job was done so poorly that the painting has to be delayed. Frank never contacted my painter. I got another dry wall specialist out to look at his work. He was shocked when he looked at the work. He told me that he's seen better by DIY homeowners, certainly the worst he's ever seen. I got quoted 1300.00 to fix the things Frank did. If frank wants to make good, then he will mail me back a refund. Buyer Beware.

We have had Frank many times out to do all kinds of jobs. He is prompt, conscientious, and reasonable. Would hire again!

We signed, he left to get materials and was back right away. About three hours later, the job was don and the drywall seams were undetectable by feel.
