I have used Mr. Thomas previously... He is a very pleasant, professional, dependable, hard working gentleman who seems to be able to fix anything. He did a meticulous job repairing a plaster ceiling and wall. Will definitely be using him in the future.

Frank did an excellent job. He replied to my text with a phone call the same day. We made an appointment for three days later. He was prompt. He took a look at the jobs, gave us a very reasonable quote, and began work immediately. The result was fantastic. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

He's very good and punctual I used him many times.

He change lights for me and install ceiling fans put out new fixtures , very professional.

He did the molding he purchased the molding he stain the molding and he put it up on my office area put it up on my kitchen area did everything just an excellent job.

Frank contacted me quickly, set up an appt. the same day and gave me a reasonable quote. Two days later he came over and did the work. Frank's contact skills are excellent and kept me informed as to when he would be arriving to do the work. I am very satisfied with the work he did in replacing the bad wood with good wood.

Frank came out yesterday after calling the day before. He took a look at the work and gave me a quote of $277. This was to put a new gutter drain pipe on and secure two of them to the wall of my house. He came back after purchasing the drain pipe and installed in about an hour. It looks great and will last a long time. I am very happy and will use again for other Handyman items.

Frank is thoughtful, thorough, and considerate. He takes his work seriously, works methodically, and the quality is always good. He talked me out of doing work he didn't think was necessary for me for the sale of my house. I've hired him three times, and just hired him for an upcoming fourth time! He's rock solid!

He could have charged to take the cupboard down and remount it. But he didn't. Instead he found an ingenious and inexpensive way to correct the problem and saved me a lot of money. I'm very satisfied with the job he did.

Not well. I was standing on my driveway when he pulled up in his van. I was standing without a mask, talking to my husband, who also was not wearing a mask. I have no objection to wearing masks at all. In fact, I think they are necessary; however, we were on our driveway talking to each other. Mr. Thomas approaches, no 'good morning', no nothing except "I don't see no mask." I said, I beg your pardon? He repeats, "I don't see no mask". Frankly, I don't need anyone that rude in my home. So we basically told him we'd find someone else for the job. He might be a great handyman but he was basically rude and unprofessional.

It went perfectly. Frank came on time. He went to my first rental and completed the jobs there and then followed me to my second home to complete those projects. I was able to rent the home the next day!

Frank came out and gave me a quote for the flooring I needed to be installed. We had started installing and it ended up being too much of a project for us. He came out and the flooring ended up being a little more difficult then he thought it would, so it took two days instead of the one day he thought. He even finished it on a weekend. He was very trustworthy and we would use him for almost anything again. His assistant was also great.
