I contacted Frank for an estimate on 6/27/14 @ approx 11 am. We scheduled a time for him to give me an estimate, same day at 1 pm. Frank was prompt and professional. He came in to view the job , provided a reasonable price and said he could to the job right then. He had all the equipment required and completed the job and clean up within 30 minutes. I gave him a list of other things I needed, such as:disconnect plumbing and tear out counters, install new range hood, faucet, dishwasher. I certainly will be contacting Frank for future projects.

Second time we've used Frank. First time involved more major repairs such as ceiling repair from leaking shower and repairing shower floor tiles that caused damage with awesome results. Performed numerous other jobs including recaulking kitchens and bathrooms. We're keeping a "things to do list" for Frank and will be rescheduling a third visit. Frank can do almost anything and does not disappoint.

Frank came out and looked over what I wanted done. We agreed on a time and he was there and did very quality work. He had to pick up siding trim on his way in and only charged me for the material. Great guy.

Great! Per our request, Frank performed the service over two service calls. He was always on time, even called and came a day early for the second service call. He was very professional and we are very happy with the work. Will call him again if needed.

Frank did a very good job. He had the right tools and experience. He. has many skills and is very honest. He came out with only 3 days notice. He is very flexible and accommodating. I was able to schedule an appointment for 5 pm on Friday. I did not have to take time off work which made me very happy. I will be using Frank's services again for small and big jobs.

I PREPAID for these services. He made the appointment for today (Thursday 4/24) then no-showed. He attempted to call and confirm the appointment once (on Tuesday at 10:30a) but never called again. Because I was traveling I did not get the message until this a.m. I would have expected him to:....1.) Try more than once to get a hold of me....2.) Leave a message to advise me that he was not going to show up today because he was concerned he hadn't heard back from me (assuming that's why he didn't show up as I am giving him the benefit of the doubt on that).....3.) return my 4 calls since 8 a.m. today. Very disappointing. Additionally, he uses some sort of "magic jack" phone service which goes right to voicemail - so his phone doesn't even ring when I call, which clearly makes it difficult to get a hold of him.

I called Frank to hang a couple of doors after a contractor made a mess of my kitchen installation. The doors were somewhat tricky to install. They were to be hung from framing that wasn't level and the space the gentlemen were working in was tight, leaving them little room to maneuver. In addition, the doors were solid core, measured 3' x 7', and weighed 65 lbs each. Frank arrived with a helper and had the doors installed in due time. Both men were friendly, professional, and left things clean. The doors look great and we are very happy. This summer we will be calling him to install several other interior doors.

We were in a pinch and needed someone that could do some light carpentry and framing. Frank was very responsive at first and returned our call the same day. He came by on a Friday evening and agreed to come Monday afternoon to complete the work. He never showed up Monday. My husband called him and he said he called Sunday, but since he didn't hear from us he didn't show up. This was frustrating as we had confirmed the day and time on Friday when we met in person. He agreed to come later in the day, but showed up with no materials and wasn't prepared to do the work. He finally came Tuesday and completed the work, but because our drywall company tore down a section we hadn't planned on, Frank had to do more framing than we had planned. We expected the cost to go up a bit, but he more than doubled it and the actual work done was probably not worth the price. Frank is really nice and ultimately we believe he is a good handyman and can handle small projects.

He always showed up exactly when he said he would and every evening cleaned and vacuumed out the kitchen so I was able to make dinner for the family. This was an amazing surprise that I know took him extra time and was so helpful to me. The job was completed quickly and looked beautiful. Had I know this project could be done so painlessly and look so great I would have done it years ago. The experience was so good we have hired Frank for dozens of other projects and have referred him to many, many friends who also rave about his efficient, dependable, quality work.

I called a few places and his prices where good and he was able to get out there on the same day. He arrived and looked at two broken stairs. He then went a got two stairs and put them in. It did not take that long to do everything. He than inspected all other stairs and found no further issues. To this day, the stairs have held well and hopefully will last 50 years. He was very kind and gave some free advise on an unrelated electrical problem.

We really like him. We have a to-do list for him to do for us. He had to climb a ladder to a second-story window and install it. He did not like some of the materials provided so he provided his own materials at no charge.

I have used his services several times. He has done a great jon. He has been doing his work for 20 years and is licensed and insured. Frank is a great guy. He is very trustworhy and I am even comfortbale with him in my rental homes alone. I am very happy with his services.
