Frank responded, showed up, and completed the job very timely. Per my request he actually completed one job and then came back a second day. He is a very nice and friendly guy. He is very professional and his work is very neat. As I always say, " a good person to work in your home is just as good as a good doctor or lawyer" and Frank definitely fits that bill. I would hire him 1,000 times over!!!!

This is the second time I have called upon Mr.Thomas to do work at my home. The first time he installed doors a contractor told me were impossible to fit. Last week he installed a ceiling light/fan. On both occasions Mr. Thomas was diligent about his work and both jobs were done beautifully. I very much appreciate his attention to detail. In addition, his prices are very reasonable. The quality of work, reasonable price, and Mr. Thomas' friendly yet professional manner have made him my first choice when I need work done around the house.

Frank was quick to answer my initial request for an estimate and showed in the next couple of days to take a look. Was able to complete all of the work in a single day less than a week after giving me an estimate. He was on time, professional, and didn't seem to mind my toddler bugging him at times while he was working. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for work in the future and would recommend him to anyone who needs work done.

This provider does not work with insurance companies and my insurance company wanted the job to be done by someone who would work with them. The insurance company sent out a contractor.

Frank was punctual and very professional. He returned phone calls promptly, arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. My finished basement had extensive flood damage, and he handled the drywall repair, trimmed and installed five new doors and crafted oak baseboards that match the vintage trim on the main floor of my 1924 house. He also was able to adjust his schedule when it became obvious that the baseboards would need shoe molding to accommodate the very uneven basement floors. Frank's work was expert, and I would definitely hire him again.

Very friendly. Very thorough on the quote paperwork, so there were no surprises. Shows up on time and work was done on time.

Frank was very professional and did an excellent job. He was punctual and called when he was on his way. He cleaned up the area once completed. And came back to do final touch ups on the Vanity he put trim on and caulking and it looked so nice once completed. Then he did the Toilet he had suggested to my husband and I to try the chair height toilet and I am so glad he did we love that new chair height style. We did not know any thing about it before Frank. He is very good at what he does and he knows what he's doing. I will definitely be calling him for other jobs. Thank You Frank. Mr Thomas was very .punctual and professional. He gave us an. "estimate " without knowing condition under tear out layers.We were not able to have the cement board installed due to the floor not being leveled. Mr Thomas was fair in adjusting the price once floor tear out was done.

Pleased with the work and his professionalism and will definitely use Frank for other work at our house in the future.

Frank was courteous and professional. We needed drywall work done after the flood. I was concerned that there would be a seam because the drywall was cut 24" around the walls. Frank was very thorough and took his time getting it right. Now that the paint is on, I cannot see the seam and I am thrilled about that. I thought Frank's quote was reasonable and was actually the lowest of three I received. He called/texted if he was running late and he asked questions BEFORE he started something to ensure the expectation was met. I will use a Frank again.

Frank was on time & very professional. We gave him the keys & he got the job done in a short time. We showed him what was needed & he repaired alot of items our renters left from our past renters. We felt very comfortable with him. My husband asked him alot of questions on best practices and Frank was very helpful in suggesting what we should do on certain repairs.

Frank arrived on time and was very professional. His price was competitive to other providers I contacted and he was able to perform the work in a timely manner. Frank completed the work very capably and cleaned the area as he went. I was thrilled to finally have doors that close properly after living with them for 20 years! I would definitely call Frank again for other jobs. .

He was here for 15 minutes. The part cost about $10 and he charged me $80 for labor. He is very expensive.

It went very well. Mr. Thomas was prompt was done in about 14 hours. The first day he took down the ceiling and took the debris down three flights of stairs. He was very respectful to the building and caused no damage. Before he left he cleaned up and made sure that tenant could move easily around her apartment. The next day he came and installed the new ceiling, taped and mudded. (The final sanding and painting is being down by the management company). Again before he left he cleaned up and even vacuumed!

Friendly, trustworthy and did a great job repairing my drywall, installing new (custom-sized) doors and baseboards after my basement flooded. I will use him again for misc. projects around the house!

One thing that really impressed me about Frank is that he listened carefully to what I needed, then thought about it and offered advice and solutions. He sent me photos of several different paneling options (color, quality and price) so I could choose what I wanted. None of this was fussy, high-end detail work, but Frank definitely takes pride in what he does. He was able to schedule my job quickly. For both the initial visit/estimate and both days of the job, he arrived at our pre-arranged time, and cleaned up when finished. His extra "customizing" touches were very much appreciated. Even though it's an unfinished basement used only for storage, laundry, HVAC, etc., the end result was amazing and definitely increased the value of my home. I plan on hiring Frank again for another upcoming job, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing this kind of work.

Each repair went very smoothly and we are happy to have them done. He is calling with an estimate on hanging some paneling and solid wood doors on the second floor.

Frank was awesome. he is extremely professional, called to confirm the night before arrival as well as the morning of. he was not only punctual but he kept the workplace clean as he went along and did very good work as well.

He was friendly, professional, and prompt. Our walls are now ready for us to prime and paint! He left the room where he was doing the repairs nearly dust free, which is amazing when you're sanding plaster. We will definitely be calling on Frank again when we need repairs or updates around our home.

Frank installed three appliances in our flood-ravaged basement with outlets that were zapped, wiring that was a mess, etc. Not a simple job at all. He is amazing. He has wonderful customer service-- always answers his phone and returns messages, keeps you in the loop about his availability and gives you frequent updates during the work project. He is efficient, knowledgeable, the work he does is excellent -- and his charges are more than reasonable. He is a true professional. (Even our dog loves Frank!)

Frank was outstanding. He was responsive and professional throughout the project. He was on time and worked hard. I will continue to use Frank in the future and would feel comfortable recommending him to family and friends.

Frank always showed up when he said he would. It took a few trips to complete the work, and he came a little later in the days to accommodate my schedule. He's a nice guy and does good work.

It went well. He came when he said he would. He let us know if he was going to be late or needed more time to complete the project. All of this on top of good work when it came to details of the project. He also covered all nearby furniture and objects.

I contacted Frank for an estimate on 6/27/14 @ approx 11 am. We scheduled a time for him to give me an estimate, same day at 1 pm. Frank was prompt and professional. He came in to view the job , provided a reasonable price and said he could to the job right then. He had all the equipment required and completed the job and clean up within 30 minutes. I gave him a list of other things I needed, such as:disconnect plumbing and tear out counters, install new range hood, faucet, dishwasher. I certainly will be contacting Frank for future projects.
