Frank Thomas arrives to do the work on time and even sends me a text when he's on his way. I've used him 4 times and will continue to use him. My daughter is buying a home and will also be using him. He estimates accurately how long it will take to complete the job. His work is excellent quality, and I've been very happy.

Frank was very professional, prompt and did a fantastic job of fixing a large plaster area that was bulging and cracked and installing a light fixture in a home with old electrical wiring. I would highly recommend him based on the work that he did for me.

He worked around my schedule. He was very professional and made sure he confirmed the service before the appointment. He was very friendly and did a wonderful job. He was also very neat and tidy. The color matching was perfect.

He did very good, very good worker. The price is a little bit high. The only thing that my husband was not satisfied is he did not take the wood off. I definitely would use them again in the future.

Charges $60 for an estimate if job not placed. Ridiculous!

Frank provided a very conservative estimate and came in under budget. He was timely in getting the work done. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He left the room cleaner than when he arrived. I would call on him to do many things in the future.

I was not able to schedue something with handyman..he seems to be busy 3-4 weeks in advance. As per Handyman reuest he came to see the project t and i was quickly turn OFF after he told me after 15 mn of meeting that is clock was taking and that only 5 hours was remaining.just preferred to cancel the work.

The frame was fixed. Frank was very professional and punctual. Frank fixed the issue and thoroughly cleaned up the work area.

I am the Realtor who contacted Frank to look at the job to be completed, provide a plan to complete this type of repair or replacement, an estimate and to see if he could complete the job prior to the upcoming closing date. Frank met with myself and the owner at the scheduled time and was very personable, professional and took his time evaluating the situation. He thoroughly explained his recommendations and why he was making that recommendation. He was keenly aware of the need to have this work completed before closing and was able to work the job into his schedule. He arrived on time and had to fight with unwelcomed rain storms which caused him to come back the next day. He did a great job, was professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to performing the task at hand with pride. He actually called the homeowners today to check on the paint he applied to the repair on the house because once again, unwanted rain appeared after he left the home. There were a couple of spots where the rain caused some of the paint to "thin". He said he would stop by today (sunny weather) and touch up or whatever need to be done. I would recommend him, and already have, to other Realtors for the services of an excellent Handyman.

This review was for work not completed or even discussed. I had looked forward to getting to back to working with him based on our initial contact. My next and final experience with him was a complete 180. Very disappointed.

. Mr. Thomas did a good job in replacing the drywall to one of my basement walls. He, was very professional , and completed the work timely. However I felt his price was very high.

Very happy with all aspects of the work. Will hire Frank again in the future.

Mr. Thomas arrived on time each day for a two-day project involving drywall repairs to our baths in preparation for paint. He was chosen for his skill in drywall, tape, mud and sanding repairs and he performed his job over and above our expectations. He has a talent for using quality materials, even mixing and making the materials himself. His quality of workmanship was very evident during the repair as he indicated the type of materials used, and how long each day's work would be. He took the additional time to go over problem areas with extra coats as needed. He made sure all areas were as clean as possible in preparation for the next day's work which was also a plus. He also offered helpful hints to us during the workday to prepare us for the painting of the surfaces he worked on to assure a good quality finish. We were very impressed with him and his work and highly recommend him.

Frank is thorough and dependable. He shows up when he says he's going to, calls or texts to keep in touch and does good work. This is a superlative combination, in my opinion. Will continue to use, have a bathroom and kitchen remodel in my near (?) future.. UPDATE: Unfortunately Frank disappeared after I left a positive review.. He installed a door going outside from the garage and left bare wood for ME to prime and paint. The installation of sconces in a bathroom didn't go well. Frank left about 5 holes in the drywall, again for me to patch. Hello? That's why I hired YOU... I am unhappy with the way he left things here for me or someone else to finish. He said this job required too many return visits - "I've been coming back here too many times." Excuse me, that's what you're getting paid to do. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Frank worked in the Fall of '14 installing, finishing and painting drywall and did excellent work. We were equally impressed with his responsiveness - he returned our calls promptly and showed up when he said he would. He provided and met cost estimates for his services. He also later installed a bathroom sink and cabinet.

As usual, Frank did a great job! I've used him several times before, and he never disappoints. Extremely reliable and responsive, and great attention to detail. I definitely will be contacting Frank again when the need arises and highly recommend him.

Overall Frank was very attentive with calls / texts / quotes / etc... Very professional in that regard. His quality of work was good. He did a fine job repairing a significant portion of the ceiling and blending it back into the existing / undamaged ceiling. It did take him far longer to finish the job than what was cited in our contract. The 4 day quote in the contract turned into about three weeks in reality. He started on 9/30/14 and finished up on 10/21. This also drove significant cost that was not discussed or agreed beforehand. So, at the end of the job, Frank asked for ~ 30% more than what we had agreed to in our "contract". He mentioned that it would've been much more than that but he was giving me a deal on all the extra work that the job required. Bottom line is that the quality of what he did was fine, but he ran into problems and failed to communicate the challenges back to me before proceeding with the job. It resulted in a much higher price than what I expected, and that is the main reason for the lower rating.

Mr Thomas repaired a very damaged pocket door in my kitchen. The work was done to my exact needs (it would have been easier and more costly to rip it out, but I am allergic to dust and chemicals and wanted to try and do a repair rather than a rebuild.) Frank is very professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. I have dealt with many workmen, and I had complete confidence in his skills, honesty and quality of work. This is the man to hire.

Did an acceptable job for a house that I was selling.
