The work was done in a professional manner. Mr. Thomas was consistently professional. I would certainly hire him again. The price was higher than I would normally pay for demolition work (hence the 'B' grade for price), but I am willing to pay more for someone (like Mr. Thomas) who does such a good job.

Excellent, Had a kitchen ceiling that needed to be replastered had cracks in it, Frank did wonderful job, and does not leave your house a mess. Highly recommend.

Well he was the only person I could find that would come and do the repair - he did not paint it to match house trim - just left it - it is womanized wood so that is a plus - paid $575 for 5 hours it only took him 3 hours to do the work one hour spent going to store to buy wood - so on this repair he did a nice job - but I found him a little expensive - but I needed help and I think he should painted it to match - oh well - it is done that is most important

He charged an expensive amount to look at it. He did the work well. He charges service call for coming out and he charges for the door. His work was very good but very expensive.

Frank was punctual and nice but admitted very quickly that the work would be expensive. When I came back to review the work, I considered it to be rather sloppy - he missed several spots. I believe the work probably took 30 minutes at best. Sometimes, you get what you pay for. I don't think I did in this situation.

Frank took my original call, made an appointment to come to the house, arrived on-time, prepared a proposal for the work to be done. We agreed and he started working. 2 days later I had a perfect job. Thank you Frank Thomas.

I had read the reviews on this contractor but chose to buy his service based on the amount of positive reviews he had received...wrong choice. This guy will either do the job or not do the job and I fell into the latter. Her came late for our appointment and his behavior was extremely unprofessional. He immediately wanted to know why the more expensive 6 hour service he was at the time offering on his page not bought instead of the one I purchased. The statement and his delivery of it was rude and inappropriate. Firstly, he had already agreed to the project. Second, a skilled carpenter can complete it in 90 minutes at most. Yet here he was, after being late, complaining that he can't do this or that, which in my estimation translated to he didn't think he was going to be paid adequately for the work he AGREED to do in the first place. He continued in the vein of veiled contempt of not wanting to do the work and when asked point blank if he was going to complete the work stated he won't do it and as he walked out, muttered over his shoulder that I need to call Angie's List to inquire about a refund. The whole process was humiliating, he left 20 minutes after he had arrived 25 minutes late for what was a PAID three hour job. He gets an F. Shame on you for treating Angie's List customers like a screening for who you consider to be worth your effort and who you do not. Not to mention the amount of time wasted waiting for the appointment AND the pains undertaken to acquire the materials you so emphasized I needed for the timely and efficient completion of my project. You took advantage of my valuable time and a left a sour taste of what being an Angie's List customer unfortunate enough to come across an unaccountable contractor like him can be subjected to. The work has been completed by another reputable company and they did as I asked and exceeded my expectations. THEY will continue to get my business and I will spread the word about them so other people may have less chance of running into less qualified contractors like this one.

The project went as planned. We were pleased with the work. Frank is now working on my father home.
