 + -1 moreThis company was recommended by Micro Center as the place to go for Dell repairs. When we arrived at Computer Services, Maureen (one of the owners) took notes on our problem (spliced speaker wire in body of laptop so no audio capabilities)and gave us a little history on the company. She was very personable and remained in contact with us to provide updates on the repair work. Apparently, Dell did not have the appropriate components to correct the issue so techs created a fix in-house. So far, so good. I'll use them again if we have problems with any of our other computers.
Description of Work: Computer Services created the parts to correct a problem with the speaker/wiring on my Dell laptop when the manufacturer reported that they did not have anything to do the job.

 + -1 moreFantastically responsive and Truthful. Followed up after I got product home. Wish I could say as much for dell. Wasted two months trying to fix it. Dismissed support from dell.
Description of Work: Bad Dell product had faulty motherboard and more.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID THEIR JOB VERY WELL. I LEARNED A LITTLE BIT FROM WATCHING THEM. I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
