I bought tires on special order and was told they would be in within 2 to 3 days , after waiting a month for them to come in, the parts manager more than doubled the price. I told him that wasn’t legal and he said “fine, than I’ll be illegal”. That’s bad business practices. They should have apologized for making me wait and gave me the tires, instead I had to leave without my tires and don’t have a working mower.

The receiver on my plow was losing signal. I can usually figure things out myself but in this case I needed a pro. Billings has the best trained mechanics. I have to admit too sometimes I go in there for no reason just to say Hi and get a cup of coffee, the staff are great. They have been helping me for about 7 years now and I would not be in business if it wasn't for their help. The mechanic diagnosed my plow for hours and when it was done gave me a detailed explanation of the problem he fixed. Now it is working great!

We love them, I give them an A plus because they are wonderful. They have great front desk people, the price is reasonable, they are a bit better then everyone else and they are very professional.

It went very well! The location of the store and the fact that they have a pickup and delivery service keep me going back to them.

I chose them because they were just around the street from me and they charged me less than I expected. This was the first time I used them and they called me when they started servicing the equipment. They let me know exactly what was wrong with them and told me how much it would be above or below the original estimate. Then they asked what direction I wanted to go and got it done sooner than they thought. They were pretty good and I will use them again in the future.

My lawn mower was running poorly (would run for a bit, then it would stop). It had not been serviced in a long time, so I took it to Billings near my home. I specifically mentioned it was not running well. About a week and a half later they called and said it was ready. I picked it up and attempted to cut my lawn, but the same problem occurred. They were closed by this point, and my lawn was getting obnoxiously long, so I spent about 2 hours attempting to get it running (bought new gasoline, swapped the old fuel for new, yadda yadda yadda). The mower still would not run right. Took it back the following Monday, their guy called the next day and said the carb needed replacing. And after pulling some teeth they finally gave me an estimate on what it would cost (on top of what I already paid). I ended up being without a running lawn mower for almost a month. I also asked for a loaner mower, so I could cut my lawn, they refused. They also refused to have one of their commercial customers (of which there are many, I see their vehicles in the lot all the time) cut my small Royal Oak lawn. And they refused to give me any kind of discount for all my troubles.
