ALL SEASON LAWN CARE

BAD. (1) Lawn care was sufficient. (2) Snow removal and billing practices terrible! (a) I requested fall clean-up, which they never did though they billed me. I wrote to them: Check my yard and you will see the leaves and stuff that I hired you to remove. I never received a follow-up call. (b) I requested snow removal for 2006-2007. They never showed and I did it myself. I was surprised to receive a bill for the year. I told them that they had not provided the service. They said never mind. (c) I paid in full $270 for 2007-2008. They were never timely. They didn't even show up for the last 2 snows. They don't answer their phone either. Needless to say, they are FIRED!

I found this company with very high recommendations on Angie's List. I thought that they were as nice as can be, but I did not find them to be reliable at all. It took them 3 weeks to come out for the first initial visit and cut my lawn. They told me that the rate for the cut would be 21 dollars but they never sent me a bill so I never paid them. When they were here they did a good job, Think that they were just too busy for more work. I probably would not call them again, because it takes so long for them to come out to my home.

All Seasons was a flexible and reliable company as I was out of country and was not able to get them paid as quickly as I would if I were here. They were priced right and professional. I also found them to be trustworthy.

THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL AND VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE. THEY COME EVERY WEEK, AND ARE VERY HELPFUL WHEN I NEED SOMEONE TO COME AND FERTILIZE MY LAWN (AS THEY WILL MAKE SUGGESTIONS). I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR SEVERAL YEARS.
