Tedd was helpful, friendly, and understanding of my concerns, and took his time to provide me with relevant information to help me in homeowner decisions. I would most certainly seek business with his company with any future needs.

I actually never used there service but rather had a general question regarding appraisals. They were extremely helpful and gave me a lot of their time in attending to my question.

We wanted to obtain a professional independent appraisal to make sure we were using a reasonable list price for our condo. 20/20 was very professional, responded quickly to our request and provided the appraisal within 1 day of visiting our property.

They were very good.

Prior to doing the appraisal the owner, Tedd Davis, offered to do a quick review of recent sales in our area to determine if it would be a good idea to pay for his company to do a complete appraisal. Instead of just charging us for an appraisal he later called back and said an appraisal wouldn't benefit us at this time. He didn't charge us anything for the quick review he did. This was the second time we've used him. The first time two years ago he helped us get our property taxes lowered. Good company to work with.

It went fantastic. I had full confidence in the appraiser, Jennifer. They were on time and their report was done in a timely fashion. They did everything in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend them.

We purchased our house in late June 2012. We know that we paid a fair price for the house/land. Of course the property taxes were uncapped because of the sale. However the tax assessor was WAY out line with the amount for 2013. So we hired 20/20 to obtain a 3rd party opinion to fight the Tax Assessors exorbitant SEV amount. Frank was prompt for his scheduled appointment. Was very thorough measuring rooms and taking pictures and we were very satisfied with the and quot;comparableand quot; houses listed on the appraisal.

I called 20/20 to make an appointment for an appraisal on my house for refinancing purposes. The person I spoke with was extremely friendly and professional and advised me immediately that all mortgage companies she knew of would not accept an independent appraisal for refinancing purposes and that it would not make sense to pay for an appraisal twice. I am extremely appreciative of the honesty and professionalism that 20/20 demonstrated and would definitely use them in the future.

Jennifer did a great job! She was punctual and answered ALL of my questions---and I had a lot! I wanted to get an "as-is" appraisal to determine the value of the home and Jennifer was able to offer suggestions on how to best increase the value of my home through renovations. I received the full appraisal analysis the next day and it was very thorough and detailed. Thank you!

Ted Davis was very responsive and explained the current real estate market in my area. The information he provided was most helpful in making a tough decision if I should keep my home to rent or sell.

Brad Carl arrived earl for the appointment and took his time reviewing the house and taking photographs. At the end of the appointment, he indicated that they would email an appraisal in the next few days. True to his word, the appraisal arrived two days latter. The appraisal was very through and professional and assisted us in setting a realistic listing price for the house. One week later, Tedd Davis followed up by phone and email to see if we had any question and also shared what was happening in the market. Overall was very happy with their service and would highly recommend.

They came right out and were very helpful. They gave me a lot of information and helped me to figure things out. They ended up being exactly what I needed.
