 + -1 moreThe hand rail and steps in the back were satisfactory. The front portion is a different story. The hand rail looks deformed. Didn't give me any options when it came to choosing the rail type. Also had to call him back to modify the steps that he made. The last step was deformed. I have a friend who is knowledgeable on the subject and he confirmed that the step was not up to our state's standard. After some back and forth with him, he did end up correcting the problem. Also wanted to know if he could make the doorway wider, since he installed the hand rail to a point that was just uncomfortable to enter my own home. He almost DOUBLED his price as an estimate. I also EXPLICITLY asked if his company was on Angie's List, which he denied. I ended up looking on the website and actually saw that he had been on here! I would definitely avoid using this company.

Description of Work: Said he would be there by 11 am and showed up at 5 pm. This man claims he does not need a license to work on masonry. A BOLD FACE LIE!! I called the state of MI. Very disappointed in Angie's list. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. AND TIME
