From beginning to end, they were outstanding. Kevin showed up on time for the estimate, scheduled the work very quickly and the crew showed up on time on the scheduled day. They were professional, careful and cleaned up very well after they were done. Highly recommended.

Due to dangerous driving conditions, wood was delivered on Sunday instead of Saturday. No problem. Was a good idea to wait. Wood delivered as promised on Sunday.

Michigan Tree owner was verbally confrontational towards me and threatened to "call the city" about the remaining trunk of the tree was still standing. Owner insisted this tree must be cut down -- OR ELSE! He offered me the great (gag) deal of $1800 for this service if I agreed to do the job today. I told him he was crazy and he reduced it to $1200. I told him to take a walk, at which point he offered me an even better deal of $600 cash to trim "the top" of the tree. I tentatively agreed to this. I don't even want to know what my neighbors payed for services, but I'm sure it was overpriced for the work. The tree was already down, the hard part was done for them by the wind! It gets worse! I allowed the company access to my backyard (in hindsight, this was foolish) to make it easier for them to remove the fallen tree. Owner asked if they could park their large heavy debris truck and chipper in my single car-width driveway. I agreed to this. I also agreed to let them leave the truck and chipper in my driveway overnight since they would be out the next day to chop the top off my tree. Well -- it rained the next day and they never showed back up at all. My neighbor was left with a Manitex crane in their backyard over the weekend which DESTROYED their lawn. They didn't come out until the following Monday to claim their equipment. Long story short, I gave this company free parking for their chipper and trailer for a weekend while my new car sat in the street. Absolutely terrible. Do not use these guys even if it's your only option. For the money they charge they should be converting the tree parts they cut down into gold.

The owner sent his son Kevin out to do the estimate. They arrived over 4 hours late to do the work. They didn't notify me of the delay nor did they respond to any of my calls. The original estimate was priced at $1100.00. When they came out to do the work they began the project. The people he had working with him were very courteous and nice. When the owner came out to collect the money he then advised the bill was $4000.00. At that time I told him that my original quote was $1100.00. He advised that his son Kevin didn't know what he was doing. I then asked why would he send his son out for my estimate if he didn't know what he was doing. This resulted into an argue but we were able to come to an agreement of $2150.00. A year later I returned from being out of town and I saw that the cable had snapped from the tree. I called to advise that the cable broke and asked for someone to be sent out. They advised they'd have the son Kevin call me. He never called. I called again the next day and advised that I never received a return call. Once he called back we made arrangements for him to come out this morning before noon. Noon came and went with no call and they didn't show up. I called the office again. At this time Kevin calls and he tells me he's to busy to come and he forgot about it. He said he had an appointment in my area tonight and that he'd come by later. He advised I didn't need to be home. I was upset that he didn't let me know they needed to reschedule. We have now agreed that he is going to come by this evening either before or after his other appointment in my area. I had such a horrible experience with the owner. I really felt I was taken advantage of because of my extreme time constraints (I was leaving the country the next morning) and because I was a woman alone.

The crew arrived at noon. They dug out a fence pole in order to access the back yard, set up there High lift crane and chipper.Started cutting and chipping.They had this massive tree down to just the main trunk in about 4 hours.Then the main trunk was cut and loaded on there truck..They ground all the roots in a 20 foot radius. Cleaned all the debris from mine and my neibors yards. And were gone by 630.They did a great job and left the job site cleaner than they found it. The desevre an A+ rating.

I HAD A REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL AROUND THE FLOWER BEDS AND THE GARDEN. THEY ALSO SHOWED UP ON TIME.
