The plumber was professional and honest and not overpriced at all for an emergency!

Joe and his assistant were on time and very professional, the job was a little bigger than what they expected, but they worked through it and did a good job, Joe called later in the evening to check back in and we really appreciated that.

They showed up on time and called before they came. The second day they showed up much earlier which was great. Again, they called before hand to ask if it was alright.

OMG Can't recommend Joe enough. I was referred by a neighbor that was having plumbing done.Best referral ever! My house needed all galvanized pipes, drains and valves replaced,etc. From the initial estimate to the final inspection, Joe was thorough, professional and informative. GREAT was able to do the job for $125.00 another plumbing company told us we needed a new drain pipe replaced at a cost of $1000.00 or more.Hard worker very prompt clean up the area after the job was finished will call and recommended without a doubt.

I called Joe because I knew that I had a plumbing problem, namely, the wash basin next to the washer was filling up with mud when I used the washing machine. I thought it might be a clog in the line. I called Joe, and he scheduled me for the next day. He was up front about the pricing and what it would take to clean it. After he arrived, I got a call saying it was something more serious - the drain line was broken - there was a large hole in it. The steel pipe had corroded, leaving a large hole in the pipe (see picture). He was able to fix the problem the same day and he took payment over the phone with a credit card, since I had to be at work. I was impressed with his efficiency, so I had him give an estimate on the rest of the plumbing that needed to be done. His estimate came in at the low range of another company, and he started replacing the steel plumbing the next week. Joe did everything he said he would, and included fixing up some odd small jobs like patching the concrete around where the water heater exhaust line met the brick wall. I would gladly call Joe again!

At 10 pm on a Saturday we had a pipe from an upstairs bathroom burst in the ceiling of our kitchen. I had used Local Plumbing and Drain before for a long list of jobs. So I called just to leave a message, so I could schedule Joe (owner) to fix my issue. Within 10 minutes I received a return call and Joe offered to come to repair the pipe then. I assured him that I had shut off the water and that it could wait, so we scheduled the service for the next morning. Very happy with the service and the price! I have used Joe at Local Plumbing and Drain for the last 12 years for everything from hot water tank installation to bathroom sink and toilet replacement. Always a great job a a fair price! i was extremely happy with the job the price was far less than i expected. the repairs were done at two different homes.if i ever need any work done along those lines i will not hesitate to use this service again.

I needed a plumber to fix my kitchen sink that was clogged on the weekend. I called a couple plumbers I found on Google, but no one answered. I ended up finding Local Plumbing on Yahoo and noticed the positive reviews. I called and Joe actually answered his phone. He came on the weekend and fixed my sink and didn't overcharge me. He was very personable and professional. When I needed plumbing work done in my 1/2 bath Joe was the only person I called. He had to break into my slab and move my drain, fix my bathtub drain and washing machine drain. He did a great job. The inspector said his work was "picture perfect." He is a master plumber and is licensed and insured. I highly recommend him. I am so glad I found him and you will be too.
