 + -1 moreFrankly if this chair was in the corner of a room I could care less but this piece is floating in the center of the room. They charged me $390 for this service. I could have bought a new chair for $400. Their response after my complaint was that they needed to take the chair back for a week, I have refused that given they initially had it for 6 weeks. I asked them to come and fix it in the house or to give me some sort of a refund. They said they couldn't do either.
Description of Work: I hired them to re-stuff the back of a chair pillow for me. The pillow on the back was sewn a quarter inch from the seam on one side while the other side of the pillow was sewn back 3/4 of an from the seam. Therefore the back of the pillow is slanted.
