Forgot about the appointment. After taking a day off of work and waiting all day called to inquire and they didn t have record of the appointment though we had confirmation. Sent someone out at 6pm. Very nice gentleman came out and after 3 minutes told us he couldn t help us and the cooktop would need to be replaced. Charged $85.

I needed a new control panel for my dishwasher they had to order the part it took 1 week . They came back put the new control panel in and it works great. Saved me a lot of money.

Jack called before he arrived and was on time. Unfortunately, I seemed to have solved the issue while showing him the issue, but he spent the time to have a look at the motor of the dryer and provide some of his knowledge on good dryers in case mine does eventually break down. I still had to pay for the service call, but it was a lesson learned and I got some sound advice from a pro in this field.

Serious OVERCHARGE of the part that was needed! Looked up the part afterward for $53 and they charged $160 in addition to $100 for a 10 minute install! Would ve come out cheaper paying for diagnostic and then buying the part myself!
