AJ came out when they said they would and although it turned out to be a simple compressor overheating. Jack took the time time to identify anything else that could have caused the problem. He advised us of what we should do and this morning it seems to be working. Thank you.

Follow-up. After the Pro left, I phoned the company with a question. No one ever returned my call to answer my question.

Hired them to fix the ice maker came out four times. I still do not have it working, and they will not fix it or give my money back.

I left a message to call me and within an hour I got a return call back. I was scheduled for service the very next day. Our service person Sean was very professional and polite. I would call them back again for my appliance repairs.

They came out and diagnosed need to order dryer part. Forgot to contact me to setup appointment to install. Just called and said they were on their way. Had to reschedule. Came back installed part, dryer still making noise, bent custom vent due to space limitations and said that was what was making noise. I replaced vent still making noise. Cost was $250 and still not fixed right. Seemed like they were in a hurry to leave, and not get the job done right.

They came right out the next day and did the repairs that could be done without waiting for a part that was needed to complete the job. The price was fair and the tech was polite and professional. I will be using this company again in the very near future. Great service!!

While it took longer than we had hoped -- or Anthony had hoped I am sure -- six visits... They stuck to it and did a great job with a smile on their face and stuck to the original estimate despite the significant increase in time required. Thanks Anthony!!!
