During the removal they damaged my HD TV antenna and would not pay for the repair.

I would HIGHLY recommend Alexander & Wilson. They were prompt and accurate with their estimates. It took them two days to take our trees down. I was surprised it didn't take them longer because the weather was so terrible - high wind gusts and rain. They picked up all the branches and brush and chipped it at the end of both days. Very nice group of people to work with!

I was just amazed with this company. 1st: Excellent responsiveness to my initial inquiry. Actually came to my house and gave a quote on the same day! 2nd: Professionalism was way above par! They handled the trees, chipped the branches and raked the debris. I thought that the size of my trees or proximity to structures might have intimidated them. BUT NO! The crew took them down with no hesitation and no problem. Words can not fully express how impressed I am!!

Showed up at agreed to time/date. Reviewed work to be performed and spent 2 days on the job. Four trees were very close to structures/power lines, 2 were too tall to simply drop and the remaining 3 were small (6" diameter). Wood was stacked and brush was taken away. Clean up was excellent. Also performed work at two neighbors the same week. Top notch communication, excellent pricing (I'd rather not share, but trust me it was very fair), and great clean up. Highly recommended!

I hired them upon seeing good reviews. The estimator arrived a little late but was very apologetic. It wasn't an inconvenience to me as I was working around the cabin all day anyway. Right from the start I liked the company. They said "We don't get paid until the customer is satisfied". She took down notes and set a date about 6 weeks later as they were booked. Due to work, I knew I couldn't be at the cabin when they were cutting so I marked all the trees myself to make sure there was no confusion. They arrived in the morning and confirmed the work and price with me before starting via cell phone texts. Throughout the day they sent me updates via texts and even went as far as sending me pics of their progress. I was really happy they did this. Upon completion later that afternoon, they told me everything went well and they closed the gate behind them. We had a little mix up as I was quoted for 3 of the trees to be cut up but they cut all 6 up. They said it was their mistake and didn't charge me for the extra trees. I will definitely be hiring these guys for future work and I would highly recommend them. They are first class.
