Dave appears to be a very trustworthy person. After giving me my estimate, I handed him the keys to my cottage. I live three (3) hours away. I did not need to be there and he kept me continuously updated on the work. But once the work was so called finished, I had some concerns and Dave did initially come to my cottage. After still having concerns regarding my wall furnace, I only once have been in contact with Dave and we did schedule for another appointment. Dave DID NOT show or call stating that he could not make the appointment that had. I have NOT been able to reach him by phone or text. He simply does not return calls. He was PAID IN FULL but has not addressed my concerns. This makes me wonder if he will even HONOR the warranty for two (2) years that he's given. The name of his business is: Straight as an Arrow!!!! I am not a person who complains but living three (3) hours away from my cottage and not showing up or calling, I believe is very unprofessional.

The crew showed up around noon and got to work. They removed my old furnace and installed my new furnace. We were up and running by 5 o'clock. It was 20 degrees out. We are very pleased. Joseph A. Houghton Lake, Mi.

Dave came out at the end of the day after installing another furnace. I was surprised he didn't cancel or postpone. Went right to work and found the issues. Had the parts in his truck to quickly repair, and then waited around an hour playing with my dog while confiming everything worked right. We'll have him back in the spring to give us a quote on a new system. Great guy.

They were very fussy about not making a mess, were careful and did not leave a scratch on the wood work, did extra with no charge, showed me how to work the new thermostat, are coming back to put a recommended vent on the furnace door... completely and totally thorough! Dave is more than competent at furnace installations. He take the time to do the job right . It looks good and above all it works great.

This company was out here faster than I could hang up the phone even in the freezing rain. He was in fixed and out with a super price I hope I never have to but if I need a furnace company I will use this one agsin

they did a great job they were here in the morning and put my furnace in and cleaned up their mess . i took the wall down and put it back so they didnt have to . very friendly and neat.

He went above and beyond and even went to the nearby hardware store to get us a new furnace filter because access to the crawl space type basement was impossible for me. Thank you so much and bless you!
