Nick is a great guy to work with. He was very quick to return my calls with questions I had and kept me informed how the job was going When they were finished the back yard was grated and grass seed put down.

We have been associated with this company for almost 30 years, first for septic tank pumping, then eventually for complete replacement of septic system, consisting of an engineered system with dual chamber tank and pumping system to accomodate our particular situation. We are now using the third generation of Sergeant's for some excavation work and have never had a complaint of any type with their work. They are reliable, prompt, courteous and businesslike.

We had used this service before, so called to have it done again. They gave me an appointment the next day (scheduled to arrive between 11a and 1p). Worker arrived at 12:45 and was done by 1:00. He cleaned up his equipment , recapped the septic tank and left. The price was as quoted. They offer a $5.00 discount for cash. Worker was very efficient -- he seemed as if he had a very busy schedule and wasted no time on small talk or conversation, but was very focused as he worked.

They were asked to pump/clean our septic tank. The workers came as scheduled, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. They cleaned the area when they were done and left everything as they found it.
