 + -1 morePoorly - Called and Guy came out with 24 hours. Looked at the damage areas and indicated a quote would come via email with a day or two, but it never came. Called numerous times and got voice mail. Left messages and never received the email or a call back. Gave an 'A' on responsiveness and he DID come out within 24 hours.

Description of Work: I called to set up an appointment was told I did not need to be there Guy would come look at my roof and call me, I did not get a call and his card was stuck in my front door. I called and left a message then called the next day and was told Guy would call me. Did not happen. Then I came home another day and another card was in my door. so I called again and was told that normally Guy could just give me a quote but I had issues he needed to talk to me about. Guy would call me. Then I got a call that they would be at my house in approx. 1 hour, I was not home. Said they would try to come the next day, I have not heard from them since.
