I chose them because of the transferable GAF Golden Pledge Warranty ( [*** Link removed ***] ). GAF carries the warranty – not the local roofer who might be gone tomorrow. With these 2 jobs, I only had Golden Pledge roofers give me a quote. The quotes were basically all the same. Of that group, Sharp was the most responsive, in every way.
