They do an excellent job. You can ask do special task. For example they have put in a bush and cleaned out my flowerbeds.

Requested an estimate for landscaping work (excavation of current lawn and tree roots, sod replacement and new tree planting). Judy Dow came out promptly and was very professional. We were actually impressed. Then we got the estimate and it was much higher than anticipated. We asked for a better price since they were the highest of the estimates we received but we thought we wanted them to do the work. She said there was no room for negotiation. We still accepted the bid and agreed to have them do the work. We discussed having the work done the week of September 10th. Prior to that we wanted to go to the nursery and select the tree that we wanted. We scheduled a day and had to call her several times only to have her say that day was no good because it rained and would be too muddy. Then we rescheduled for another day with the expectation that she would call at 9 am and let us know what time to meet her. She never called. We called her about 11 and she said that she was waiting for us to call her but now it was too late. We arranged for another day a week later. Again, no phone call. I called her several times and finally talked with her only to find out the job was not scheduled to be done the week of the 10th nor was she now available for us to come and pick out the tree that day. My husband called her to express his concern that as the customer why were we having to call her all the time - she should be calling us to get things arranged and the job done. After all, we are the customer! She only had excuses. She actually blamed us for not having the tree picked out yet. We let her know that we expected the job to be done this week, as discussed, and she said and quot;not gonna happenand quot;. Then we asked for a discount for all the expended time and frustration and she once again said and quot;not gonna happenand quot;. So, we said it was obvious that the job was not that important to the company and that they could afford to lose the $2000 we were going to spend with them. So we told her we would not be needing their services after all. We would not recommend using this company just because of the effort it was taking to even try and get them to do the job. We expended 3 weeks of time and energy to end up with nothing. We cannot comment on the actual quality or workmanship of the company as they never did anything.

THEY CAME OUT ON TIME AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING UP THEIR MESS. I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH HOW FAST THEY HAD MY TREE CUT DOWN.
