The young man that came was on time. He moved my items with unbelievable speed. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He was very nice and did the job by himself. He was amazing.

This company was willing to go above and beyond what was required. Besides the floor, we asked if they could replace molding that my wheelchair-bound husband had knocked into, and they said "of course." Empire told us they only did floors, but Hardware Headquarters had more compassion and helped us out. Also, the floor is beautiful and installation was perfect!

I have hired two more times so I am definitely very pleased and comfortable with them.

E.G.G. Took on a large & difficult job for our condominium complex. They were constantly in touch updating progress, and always available when we would call with any questions. They left the job site pristine, could not tell they had been there. Highly recommend.

Phil was absolutely FANTASTIC - we've not used a removal service before but just needed tons of boxes, old clutter, etc. moved out of our basement. Not only did he do that in record time he was kind, professional, and even checked out our car when he heard it was having starter issues! Honestly not only was it a fast and professional experience - it was one of those really rare encounters with a stranger who is genuinely kind that leaves you feeling fantastic. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had - and its so weird to say that about getting rid of a ton of old junk!!

Phil valued my time and understood I left three hours away. He was very polite patient and worked so quickly to get things done for me. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others, because of his work ethics, kindness, his honesty and attention to details. He went over and beyond my expectations.

Philip Parent is amazing!! He came, he saw, he estimated, we accepted and then he returned right on schedule with an assistant and conquered in an amazingly short amount of time and no mess... and there was ALOT to be done in clearing out the home we were selling and especially to be rid of so many large items that simply needed to be 'dumped'. Philip is very professional, courteous, kind and HARD WORKING. It went so very well that we hired him again 2 days later to help clear the ' unpacking and new items packaging' that consumed half of a 2.5 car garage plus a healthy amount of space in the basement. Again, he came, he estimated - and this time returned solo - to conquer the mountain of stuff and with the same efficiency and care. I cannot express adequately how VERY glad I am we found E.G.G. Disposal, and agree with all who have said it: "We will reach out to him again should the need ever arise!" Do not hesitate to call on Philip and his company if you are interested in working with a stand-up guy who will exceed your expectations!

Phil was quick to follow up on quote request and deliver to the house. Pickup was a week later, with no issues or mess. We will use them again!

E.G.G. Service is AMAZING. I haven't had great customer service or such clean and efficient work done like that in forever. I am looking forward to spring cleaning so I can get him back out here again.

Pricing is exceptional-- the best I have come across! Very prompt, very accommodating as far as scheduling; even last minute. They really bend over backwards to give us the best service. I use 4 dumpster companies for my business and they are by FAR the best.
