Description of Work: I called Drain King and scheduled an appointment for snaking out the sewer with camera. They had a technical problem with a new scheduling system and did not show up for the appointment. When I called to find out what happened the owner apologized and said that for my inconvenience he would do the service for free. I was shocked and delighted at this kind of customer service. | |We set another appointment and Rick and Brian showed up on right on time. They were highly professional, personable and pleasant. Description of Work: Replaced drain pipe in Basement. Other drain cleaning of all pipes under basement floor. They were fantastic at nearly half the cost of other companies. They returned twice at no charge just to make sure the drains remained clear. ABOSOLUTLY THE BEST!!

Description of Work: Our main drain line to the sewer broke. After a few other estimates we decide dto use drain king because of their response to our call, explanation of th work, and price. They used a camera to find the exact spot of the problem and only dug that spot. They then fixed the problem which they back with a lifetime guarantee and parts and labor. They had the job done very quickly and well. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Rick and his crew from Garden City first came to unclog a backed up basement floor drain. After using a camera to investigate the pipes under the floor, he showed me several damaged areas needing replacement. The job was scheduled in a timely manner, Rick and the guys were prompt, he explained exactly what they were going to do and brought me downstairs at intervals to see the work. Rick took pictures during different stages of the job for me to show the insurance company. They all cleaned up afterward and even hauled the ruined carpet and stinky padding away for me. All the guys were pleasant, polite and personable. They helped make an unpleasant experience not so bad. Would definitely reccomend this company!

Description of Work: Called in relation to a backed up sewer. I wanted to know if he could snake a drain tile pipe. He was nice and said he uses special equipment, although other plumbers said it wasn't necessary. Didn't use them as I replaced a pipe and had waterproofing done. Price was good but had no guarantees.
