+ 0 moreGeorge, the owner, is a pretty nice guy but has no idea what he is doing. We paid over $1800 for our system and he installed it COMPLETELY WRONG. We have been fighting with him for over 2 years to fix it and he has completely ignored the problem. We have a BRAND NEW house and he has created so many problems in our furnace, humidifier, pipes, showerheads, bathroom tile, shower tile, sinks, dishes, sprinkler system. Everything that his "soft" water touched has been damaged. Finally, I called a real plumber and he was able to fix in 10 minutes. George and Rolling Streams has refused to pay for the fixes. DO NOT USE ROLLING STREAMS!!! Call someone that knows what they are doing! The response from Rolling Stream to this review is also inaccurate. I did get my plumbing corrected by another plumber (which should have been performed by Rolling Stream). But I still have HARD water. The system that was installed DOES NOT work and I have hard water stains all over my dishes, sink and shower tile. I also have calcium and salt buildup all over my shower head and appliances. Please, save yourself time and money and go with Culligan or another larger supplier.

+ -1 moreI was with Culligan in Romeo and very dissatisfied with the level of service or lack thereoff. My system was not the correct system for the level of my water hardness and really has never worked correctly. Was renting a unit and could have finished paying on it by now. George came through promptly and was helpful on the phone. They seem like a smaller family run business but I like it that way..support small business and local business. George was very friendly and informative and is the kind of guy i would trust in my home alone by himself. He is top notch and brings a great level of expertise with him. Its only been a few days but my water has never been so good. It has no odor, the staining has stopped and it has reduced a hugelevel of stress. I financed my units and have about the same payment as renting Culligans under performing unit! Call George it is worth the time and $$$
